Chapter 4

When i woke up the next morning, Chain and Daisy were sleeping beside me. I don't remember falling a sleep. All I remember is coming home from the mall and coming up to my room. My mom wasn't home only my dad but he went to sleep as soon as we got home. I remember talking about what Michael-Mikey as he wanted me to call him-had said to me at the mall. But other than that I don't remember.

I get up and walk over to my closet to get clothes for school. I went with white jeans and a black long-sleeve button-up shirt. After i have a shower I decided that I should wake up the girls for school. I look at my phone to check the time and i have to look twice before that i realize that we slept in. It was 7:45. We had less than ten minutes to get ready because it takes five minutes to get to school.

"You girls get up! We slept in!" I shout at Daisy and CJ.

"What?" Daisy asks jolting awake.

"We have less than ten minutes to get ready for school!" I say as I start to brush my hair. I won't have time to straighten my hair today so i just threw it up in a ponytail and left my bangs down. I guess i took to long to shower.

Daisy and Chain jumped up and went to go get dressed. They came back into the room to put on their make up and fix their hair.

I check my phone to see what time it is and see that i have a text from Kristin.

'where are you girls? You girls are going to be late!!' - Kristin

I don't even have time to reply to her text because as soon as Daisy and CJ are done we are running down the stairs.

My mom must be out working somewhere because only my dad is down stairs.

"Do you girls want a ride to School?" my dad says to us as we are putting on our shoes.

"No we will just Run." I say as I leave the house.

"Bye Mr.Night!" The girls shout as we run outside.

We have six minutes to get to school.

As we reach the school grounds we slow to a down a little so we are pretty much speed walking.

"What time is it Ally?" Chain asks out of breath.

"7:57" I say just as out of breath as her.

"I can't believe we just ran pretty much a seven minute walk in three Minutes." Flo says out of breath just like me and Chain.

"Yeah." I say as we reach the main doors.

As we make our way to our lockers we pass by Amanda and her friends. As I walk pass her she sticks her leg out. I never saw it fast enough to avoid it and end up tripping on her foot.

As I land on my hands and knees her whole group of friends and anyone who saw burst out laughing. I felt my cheeks flush. That was so embarrassing.

As I start to get up i see someone's out stretched hand offering to help me up (I'm guessing).

I look up to see that it was the guy that was talking to the girls while I was talking to Michael. He has dark brown hair and green eyes. He has small black stretchers in his ears, and he was wearing a plain white t-shirt and had tattoos on his one arm, you could also see some tattoos peaking over the collar of his shirt. He was pretty cute.

I took his hand and he helped me up to me feet. "Thanks." I say as I look at the girls behind him. Daisy's cheeks are a light shade of pink. I look back a Amanda but she's to busy looking at the guy who helped me up.

"My names Jacob, or Jake for shorter." He smiles at me. He's nice.

"Um, Alaska." I say walking slowly down towards my locker. He walks beside me.

"That's a cool name!" he says to me.

"Yeah you should hear the rest of my name." I say in a light joking tone. I like him, he seems pretty cool.

"What is it?" he asks curiously.

"Summer Night"

"Wait, so your name is Alaska Summer Night?!" He says amused.

"Yep." I reply in a bored tone.

"Well that's unique." he says as Daisy and CJ catch up to us at our lockers.

"I see you met Jake!" Daisy states.

"Uh, yeah." I reply grabbing my math books. Ugh, I hate math. "I don't ever remember seeing you around here before. Are you new here or What?"

"Yeah I'm New." he says as soon as the bell rings. "Well I got to go to class, I have History."

"Bye Jake!" Daisy says and me and CJ wave.

"How do you know Him?" I ask as we enter the class room and take a seat at our table.

"Um.. He's my sister friend." she says.

"Are you guys just Friends?" CJ asks her.

"Yes, of course." Daisy says as her cheeks go pink.

"So he's Free?" CJ asks in a joking tone.

"No!" Flo all but yells and capturing everyone's attention in class. Me and Chain just start to laugh quietly.

By now Daisy's cheeks are bright red.

Me and Chain were to busy laughing and Daisy that we didn't even notice Michael sit down next to me untill he taps my arm.

"Oh! I didn't notice you sit down." I say looking anywhere but him. What I said sounded so cheesy. Where is the teacher when you need him?

"It's ok." he smiles. "So Uh, where were you this morning?"

"We were running late. Literally running." I say which makes him chuckle.

"Oh. I see. So Uh about tomorrow.." he trails off.

"What about tomorrow?" I ask.

"Are you going to go to Ashtons party?"

"Uh.. " I look around at Daisy and Chain. Chain nods her head slightly. "Uh, yeah. But they're coming Too."

"Yes of course they're coming." he ssays "But I'll still pick you up."

I just nod. I really don't know what else to do. Daisy and Chain started talking to each other already, so talking to them was not an option.

"So.." he starts off. This was an awkward situation.

"Yes?" I ask.

"Will you go to the party.. you know.. with Me?" he ask while scratching the back of his neck.

What?

"Uh.." I start to say.

"But I mean if you don't want to that's fin-"

"Yeah I'll go" i say cutting him off. "I mean with you."

"Really?" he says with a smile.

"Yeah. " I say as he smiles and turns away. I can't believe I agreed to go with him a the party.

"Ok class I'm sorry I was late but I was speaking to the principal about a class trip for later in the Year." Our teacher Mr. Diamond says as he walks in to class. Finally.
