5-Secrets And Lies-Annabeth

Annabeth POV

I frantically tried to recall when I last saw this guy.

Then I remembered. He was one of them who tortured me in that cell. Derek, I think.

Instinctively, I inched away from him.

He just smiled, and pulled me into an empty corridor.

"Wh-what do you want with me?!" I asked.

Suddenly, I got my answer. He slammed me against the wall and started kissing passionately. His lips were rough and cold. I squirmed and protested, but he started kissing even more.

He put his hands around my waist, and slammed me into him. His eyes glowed with hunger and satisfaction.

"HELP!" I screamed. "I'M GETTING RA-"

"You be quiet." He growled, "Or you'll never live again."

My eyes widened, and I shut up. He released me. "Not a word." He threatened. "Not a word to Prince Perseus. That fool...this isn't over. Tomorrow. Here. Or else. I'm a very convincing liar."

Then I stood there, as he dematerialized, leaving me standing alone.

I silently walked to Perseus' chambers.

When he saw my expression, he asked, "what's wrong?"

I shook my head. "Nothing! It's great!"

"I can see it, Annabeth. I can tell."

"Just...please."

He wanted to persist, but apparently decided not to. "Okay..."

But still, he looked concerned.

Go away= Show that you care enough to stay.

"Anything you need?" I asked.

"No..." He muttered listlessly.

I sat next to him on his bed. "Do you know Derek?" I asked, cautiously.

"Yes? He's my Captain of the Royal Guard."

I shuddered. A man like that.

"Why?" He asked.

"Nothing. Just...saw him today...said hi..."

"Alright?"

I couldn't meet his eyes. He carefully. But if I told him, Derek would probably harm him or me.

We sat there for a long time, before Perseus asked, "Do you want to go to the garden?"

"Sure."

We went down to the garden, and took in the sight.

It had crystal plants, and real ones. It was like a literal blooming rainbow.

"Wow."

He looked at me, and managed a crooked smile. "Like it?"

"Yes," I said.

He spread his wings, and took in the sight of me.

We stared for like...dunno, a full minute.

"Sorry." He coughed, and averted his gaze.

We walked back into the dark castle.

"Well..." A voice said. I turned at saw the one and only Derek. Oh joy. Wow. So happy.

"Derek." Perseus said in a monotone voice.

"Lord Perseus."

I almost barfed. I choked down my barf, and just mustered a weak, "uh...hi."

He smiled at me knowingly, and this time I barfed in my mouth.

"I would like to see you...privately..." He said pointedly to me.

His eyes said, follow me, or else I'll kill you and the Prince.

I gulped, and followed Derek, Perseus looking at me with a surprised, shocked, and hurt expression.

"Well...lets get started." He growled.

"THIS GUY IS FUCKING RAPIN-"

"Be quiet, you whore."

"MMMMMMPH!!!"

Now he gagged me.

Then, he unbuckled my right brooch.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!"

Mwahahahaha I'm evil.
