chapter 2

~ Katy's POV ~


I still couldn't get that dream I had last night out of my head, but right now I just needed to focus on things to mention on Ellen.

"Be sure to throw in there that you're going on tour soon!" Shannon said.

Shannon went with me pretty much everywhere. I made sure of it.

"Good luck! But I'm sure you'll do great because you've already done so many of these things!" Shannon said giving me a hug. I smiled and waited for my intro then walked out to meet Ellen. I love Ellen she has a great sense of humor and is an amazing woman. Whenever she invites me on the show I'm usually there!

"Katy Perry everybody!" I heard Ellen say. I smiled and walked out there to meet her.

The whole audience stood up and cheered. I loved my fans!

I wonder if Hanna is a fan? Stop it Katy. Don't think about her right now. Focus.

"So Katy what's it like being the Queen of Twitter?"

"It's amazing! I never would've thought that, that would actually happen to me. And that 'The Queen of Twitter' was a real thing." Everybody laughed.

"I think you're the first one with that title actually"

"Really? Then I am honored." I said getting up and bowing. Everyone laughed.

"Bring out the crown!" Ellen said.

I covered my mouth and started laughing. She actually had a crown with the twitter logo on it! Someone brought out the crown and gave it to Ellen. She then stood up and I bowed so she could put the crown on my head. The audience was going crazy.

"This is amazing!" I said laughing.

Ellen was laughing too. "It's only right for the queen to have her crown!"

"Why thank you." I said bowing.

Ellen smiled then bowed back. Then we sat back down.

"So Katy, I hear you're going on tour soon?"

"Yes actually I, going on tour for my new record, Prism, and it's not like anything I've done before and I'm pretty excited about it!"

"I get VIP passes right?"

"Well of course! It'll make me look really good if I have Ellen there." I winked.

Ellen started laughing.



~ Hanna's POV ~


"We got everything?" I asked Riley. He nodded. "Let's get this party started!"

We sat down on my bed and I turned on the tv to Ellen. Katy Perry was on there right now. Riley got closer to the tv so he could hear what she was saying. He was very interested in celebrities for some reason. His favorite was Katy Perry and Adele. I don't blame him for like Adele because she is amazing! But I don't really know why he likes Katy Perry? Her songs were okay i guess. I'm just not really a big fan.

"Bring out the crown!" Ellen said.

She got a crown? For having followers on twitter? I don't understand how that happened. Now they were bowing? What is she? The queen of England? I kept rolling my eyes at the tv but Riley and Tanner were laughing.

"She's pretty!" Tanner said smiling. Riley nodded.

"Hanna! Look! She's going on tour! Can we go? Please? Pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty pretty please?!"

I didn't know what to say! I mean I'm not old enough to drive or buy tickets! I don't even have any money! And I know our foster parents won't take us! I just got to let him down easily.

"Umm.. S.. Sure.. Sure Riley.. We can go to a Katy Perry concert." Well that didn't work.

"Yay!!" He said jumping up and down and hugging me.

"Shut up, up there!" Nate started screaming and hitting the wall. I just rolled my eyes.



~Katy's POV ~

"Well thank you Katy for being on the show! And best of luck to you and your tour! Katy Perry everybody! Stay tuned for a live performance by Kesha!" Everybody stood up and cheered.

I waited for the signal that we were off the air then got up and ran to the bathroom. I got in the nearest stall and threw up. What is my problem? I haven't ate anything gross lately. Well now that I think about it, I haven't ate anything in a while. These dreams and memories coming back have caused so much stress lately I guess I forgot to eat.

"Katy? Are you okay?" I heard Shannon's sweet voice.

I lifted my head up and got up and walked out of the stall to meet her. When she saw me she smiled and gave me a hug.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah I think I'm fine. Just haven't had enough to eat lately."

"Well that's gonna change! Let's go to your favorites restaurant on our way home! Okay?"

I smiled and nodded. McDonald's it was! She grabbed my hand and we walked to the car.
