"Iris"
I cleared my throat, finally breaking the awkward silence between Barry and I.
"Is it really that bad that I was with Iris?" asked Barry, fidgeting with a small piece of paper with writing on it.
"No, Caitlin was just being... Caitlin."
"Hey, what does that piece of paper say?" I asked, changing the subject.
"Oh, nothing, just a note." he answered.
"From...?" I asked.
"Iris." he immediately looked at me and smiled, but when he looked up, his eyes were begging me not to tell anyone else about his special "note".
"Okay, then..." I smiled and looked down as I walked over to the computer.
"Uh, Flash, there's a bank robbery in progress at the Central City Bank."
"Ugh, again? Really? I swear that bank has some secret opening that only the criminals around here know about." he rolled his eyes, turned around, and flashed out of the room. I stood there, smiling with my arms crossed, just waiting to see how long it would take him to realize...
SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN POSTING IN A LONG TIME!! I have been busy with life, and I haven't really had time. SORRY! 👍👍👍👍. (P.S. I know that this chapter is short, but again, I have been busy with life.)
