chapter seven

Peyton's PoV - following week on Monday.

I was getting ready for my date with Corey , when I got a phone call from Lily.

'hey , do you wanna go to the movies tonight Pey? We haven't seen each other since the party'

I felt extremely guilty , and I shouldn't be putting Corey before her , but she blew me off the other time , so oh well.

' I'm sorry I can't tonight , I'm babysitting ' I lied

' we haven't seen each other in ages do you have to?' She asked

' I'm sorry yeah , how about next week?' I said

' yeah whatever , bye ' she replied in annoyed tone and ended the call. Bitch.

I'd finished putting on my lipstick when I got a text from Corey saying he was outside. I grabbed my clutch and made my way out.

' wow , your a 10/10 ' he said laughing. ' thanks babes ' I replied sarcastically. We rode to the movies with his hand on my thigh.

We arrived at the movies and took our seats , then I saw an extremely familiar face walk through with Sam. Oh fuck.

' uh cor can we , can we go ' I asked. ' why babe what's wrong ?' He said with a puzzled look on his adorable face. ' well lily asked me to go to the movies tonight , and I lied saying I was babysitting and if she sees us together she will know I lied' I explained. ' uh okay thets g-' before he could finish Lily interrupted.

'what the fuck Peyton! You blew me off for my own fucking brother ?' She shouted making everyone in the theatre turn around. ' you blew me off for your boyfriend , what's the difference !' I replied making her even more angry. ' well the difference is its my fucking brother !' She screamed and slapped me around the face , making Corey push Lily out of the way to stop anything happening. ' both of you stop it now ! This is pathetic' He shouted. ' well who's it gonna be then huh , me your sister , or my ex bestfriend ' she shouted making me start to cry. ' your my sister , I'll always support and look after you , but I'm in love with her ! Ever since I laid eyes on her , so either you deal with it or we won't speak ' he said.

I didn't ever want to lose my best friend , or create a sibling feud , but it looks like I did.

' I didn't ever mean to cause any of this , but I can't help my feelings !' I said whilst trying to hold back the tears. She stuck her middle finger up at me so Corey and I exited the theatre.

' calm down babe it's not your fault I promise ' he said embracing me into a hug. ' I feel like it is I'm so sorry ' I cried.

' hey calm down , can I ask you something?' he said tracing his fingers across my face. ' what ?' I asked.

'Do you wanna be my girlfriend?'
