As the day dragged on nothing really happened. Gavin never came out of his room and I just kind of moped around. the sense of dread seemed to surround me.
after a while, Gavin came around and we left him be. But today at lunch he started to freak, as his ability got out of control. for one the visions got worse, he started seeing the future seconds before it happens. But, his second ability, ice started to freeze everything worth freezing. my orange juice became a Popsicle when he came into the dining room and the room dropped about twenty degrees.
"There's a fork on your back...." I said to Louise. It was true. A fork was stuck there and holding a piece of paper that said, "kick me" more than likely Shane's idea of a prank. It was honestly lame.
She turned around "what?" She constantly tried to reach it and failed.
I laughed and Shane entered holding a tub of ice cream and the room warmed up again, "Hey, gavin, could you...?" Gavin sighed and just touched the ice cream tub and it refroze. He let go and it half melted at shane's touch. They sighed in unison and Shane grabbed a towel to dampen the heat of his hands so the ice cream didn't become soup.
I yawn and sigh as the door opens slightly, a flash of red, and it closed. Then it was shoved violently by.....me? standing though...and impossible task obviously. It contorted quickly and a frail-looking redheaded girl stood in the place. "oh...uh...i didnt see that...you're-" she stuttered and i cut her off, "crippled? yeah. Sucks." i shrug but smirk. anyone repeats any of those things and they wake up in Alaska...i can teleport objects...or people...with me.
Louise choked back laughter lightly, "i uh...i'm Harley...i'm new...." the redhead who was once me said shaking. Gavin smiled and took ice cream from Shane, "Welcome to our humble abode!" i scoff. "humble..? Gavin...we live in a mansion." he stroked his chin in thought, "hmm...Welcome to mi casa then!" he stood in mock thought, "i'll have to change the sign i ordered..." Shane chuckled and poked Gavin in the back causing him to jump lightly.
The redhead looked overwhelmed. Louise thought for a moment..."You're bunking next to Gavin's room. He can show you the way." Gavin nods and stuffs more ice cream in his mouth, "Later! Netflix is on!" I laugh, Wednesday, movie night. "BEE MOVIE!" Louise said jokingly. Lord..."again...?" Shane asks "ObVIOUSLY!" lou said flopping onto the couch. Harley took a seat on a chair reserved usually for Luke.....I don't think we noticed until later.....
