Cole P.O.V. (surprise!)

BANG!!!!

She slowly fell to the ground I grabbed my gun and shot him in the head and ran over to Kate her body lifeless and........dead.

"Kate wake up?" I said shaking her body 

"Let's take her to the hospital?" My mother said walking up to me and kate

"Okay" I picked her up and take her to the hospital

"SOMEONE HELP ME" I screamed nurses and doctors came rushing up to me and kate 

"What happened?" The nurse said

"Her ex-boyfriend shot her because he found out she's my soon to be wife" I said I don't know why I kept saying that but it felt good to say it.

"Okay" she said and looked a little disappointed my first thought 'slut' 

"Please take care of her" I said then I remembered anna and charlie I ran and got in my car and drove home.

"Anna and Charlie" I screamed I heard little foot steps running down the stairs as I see them coming into view they stop when they realize i'm the only one.

"Where's mommy?" They asked

"Mommies hurt badly" I said keeping the tears from falling but failed they started crying they ran and hugged me and I reacted instantly and kissed their heads I think I found my family.

"Come on lets go to bed it'll be okay we will go see her tomorrow" I didn't want to leave her by her self but I didn't want to leave the kids to worry.

They got in bed and cuddled up to me I put my arm around them.

"Cole?" They said 

"uhmmmmm" I said

"Thanks for being a daddy to us" Anna said

"Mommy used to get hit all the time and she used to protect us for getting hit she took hours and hours of being hit for us and we love her dearly" Charlie said Cole was now sitting up and he was looking at them.

"Well....... you guys you don't have to be scared no more I will protect you from now on call me daddy okay?" I said happy I've always wanted kids even though I run a gang doesn't mean anything I think I found the love of my life and a family to go with it

"Okay daddy" They both said I smiled and kissed them both on the head.

"Go to sleep" I said they nodded and yawned they then got under the covers when I was sure they were sleep I got up.

"Martha?" I called to my maid

"Yes sir?" She said 

"Can you stay with the kids I'm going to see Kate" I said

"Yes sir" She said smiling

"If they ask tell them something but don't tell them anything about kate understood?" I said seriously they will worry if I was just gone so they can be put at ease this will be best.

"Yes sir" She said and headed in the room to make sure they were okay.

I drove to the hospital thinking about what the kids told me 

I got there walked in the room and saw......................................
