[ Too Cold ]
Luna was confused and haunted by the happenings. She wanted to stay, but her heart was broken, what's there to mend, when hope is already gone? when Faith is now just a word found in the past. She didn't understand what was happening. She hated him, but loves him at the same time, was this seriously something dangerous? what could this game be named? As she clutched her bag in her hand, she found it hard to look back at the castle she once called home. She sat at the entrance of the Quidditch Pitch, and stared at the night sky. The stars were bright, but the sky was dark, it looked like it was about to rain after sometime.
"A penny for your thoughts," a voice said. Luna turned, and saw Harry standing across her. His glasses were clear, and his hair was messy just like always. He stepped forward to Luna, and slowly sat beside her.
Harry sighed softly, as he watched Luna, avoiding his gaze."You know, bottling all this emotions, will eventually just let you spill everything in the wrong time," he said.
Luna turned to watch him, curiously, "Harry, how does it feel to be confused?" she asked, hesitantly.
Luna waited for a few moments, before Harry could collect his thoughts and answer her.
Harry looked closely at Luna, and gave her a small smile, "I don't know ... confused?" he answred.
Luna rolled her eyes at him, and smack him on the head. Harry gave out a loud groan, and rubbed his head, "what was that for?!" he asked, loudly.
Luna laughed, "Just for the care you've given for me," she answered.
"Do you slap everyone who cares for you?" Harry asked, shocked at Luna's sentence.
Luna shook her head, "No eventually, I choose who to slap, though," she answered.
Harry's eyes widen, and his jaw hang.Luna looked at him, and for the first time in a very long tim, laughed hysterically. Her eyes crinkled, as her melodic laugh slip out of her lips. The moon was shining down at them, Harry thought for one moment, how his friend looked angelic in her state. He smiled at her, and impulsively hugged her. Luna's laughed quickly died down when she realized what Harry was doing.
Without any hesitation, Luna hugged him back. "You're a fighter, Luna, just don't let go of the things that are given to you," Harry said, slowly breaking the hug. Luna hugged her knees, and looked away from Harry. "You do not know how it feels," she said, softly. Harry's smile faded into a small frown, "I do," he spoke in a clear, monotone voice.
"You do?" Luna asked, quickly facing him.
Harry nodded, "I do," he repeated, "I understand you, Luna, and I know that when you're confused, you're confused, and that, choosing the right decision to take is like classify every beast inside Scamander's chest."
"and that means?" Luna asked.
"And that means, it's confusing," answered Harry, "Especially when you don't study magizoology."
Luna nodded, clearly understanding his bleary statement.
"Aren't you gonna go inside the castle? It's getting late, actually," Harry spoke, gazing at the stars above them.
Luna chuckled, "Obviously Harry," she muttered.
"What?" Harry asked, not fully hearing what Luna said.
Luna waved her hand to dismiss the topic, "Oh, nothing," she smiled.
Harry smiled at her, "You're a very good friend, Luna, and a very great character, you deserve the best, just be careful with yourself."
"You do care, do you, Mr. Potter?" Luna said, smiling softly.
Harry nodded, "I do," he answered.
"Good." Luna said. She looked up and saw the stars and how beautiful they were when they shine above every living soul.
"So, are you still gonna leave? Not that I want you to, but it's your choice, and I respect your decision," Harry explained.
"I'll stay," Luna answered.
"Are you sure about that?"
"Yeah,"
Harry smiled at Luna's answer.
"Why, you better go inside the castle, Draco's locking himself in his room for hours now," informed Harry.
Luna smiled slowly, "Yeah, I'll be there, just I need some time alone, is that okay with you?"
Harry smiled, "Of course,"
