Draco and Luna walked through the crowded streets of Diagon Alley, arm in arm.

Draco would often give short glances to Luna. Turning his head whenever she looked.

"Is there something wrong, Draco?" Luna asked.

Draco turned rapidly at her, causing their faces to be only centimeters away. Draco's eyes grew wide at this scene, so he let go of his arm from Luna. Damn, why did I did that! He thought, annoyed of his action.

Luna on the other hand, looked taken aback. She too was kind of felt the awkward moment.

Then all of a sudden. A store just started playing a song. It was unfamiliar to Draco and Luna, and they had already knew it was a muggle song, which said

There's loving in your eyes that pulls me closer, pulls me closer.
(Anyone know this line? Comment if you do!)

Then the song continued, Luna and Draco seemed to notice other wizards and witches enjoying themselves, head banging, and snapping fingers, swaying with beat. Until, one wizarding couple walked to the center and started slow dancing, like as if in a prom.

It's so settled, I'm on trouble but I love to be in trouble with you...

Then some other couples smiled at each other, and decided to dance, and join the dancing couple. It was hilarious! Yet romantic.

The romance and love was spreading all across the place. Everyone enjoyed dancing, meeting and mingling with strangers, and for just a minute the whole Diagon Alley was filled with in loved people.

Draco saw this as an opportunity. He motioned to Luna, signalling for her if she'd wanted to dance.

Luna smiled. And they too went in the center and joined the dance.

Luna placed her hand on Draco's shoulder, and the other on his nape. The sense of her just melted Draco down. How could Loony, drive the Slytherin Prince this crazy?

Draco on the other hand, was looking resistant, he was having double thoughts on, if ever he would hold Luna or not, but Luna gave him a warm smile, and that made Draco confident to hold her gently on her waist, and started dancing. Draco to be honest with himself was not a great dancer, because, to know the fact that, whenever Hogwarts would have a ball or prom, he would never join because that's how stubborn Draco Malfoy was. He felt in ease with the situation, and happy, as if he can cast a patronus anytime.

"I never knew you could dance." Luna said.

"I don't. I don't know how to dance, to be honest with you. It's my first time in my life." Draco replied.

Luna smiled. "Well, you're not bad for a beginner." She said.

"Thanks." Draco said.

There was a moment of silence, until Draco spoke, "So ... Have you been dating someone?" He asked.

Luna turned to face him, and for a moment or two she paused,

"I-I have a boyfriend." She stammered.

Draco stopped his footwork, and just dumbly, stare at her.

Luna seemed to be embarrassed of the situation.

"How about you?" She began, "I know everyone's crazy for Draco Malfoy." She said, trying to joke out of her way.

Yet, Draco did not smile, he was blank. "Who's your boyfriend?" He asked.

Luna's mouth fell open but no words came out, until she had manage to stammer, "Rolf Scamander." She answered, biting her lower lip, almost crying.

Draco could not see why Luna was acting like that when she mentioned the love of her life, or was Rolf really the love of her life?

Luna then let go.

Draco could see her fighting her tears not to fall.

"Is there something wrong?" He asked.

Luna looked up to him, "No." She answered, but Draco could see she was lying.

"You can tell me." He insisted.

Luna smiled, "I don't wanna loose you." She said. "I want you to be friend." She said.

Draco smiled. "I am your friend." He said, "And you're never gonna loose me, that I promise." He said, sincerely, and hold Luna's hand.

Until ....

"Luna!"

"And Draco?!"

They both stirred their heads, both panicking as they saw some old friends joining the scene.
