I knock on the door kind of hard and fast even after I hear him say hold on. I'm just kind of in the mood to not be in this hallway right now. This day didn't go as planned.

"What!- Mike, what are you doing here?" He asks before looking me up and down to see my bags at my feet. "They didn't."

"They did. Can I please come in before I have a breakdown in this hallway?" I ask already feeling my jaw quiver.

"Yes. Come in!" He exclaims grabbing some of my bags for me.

I dive straight for his couch. I pretty much face palmed into it as well. I mean who needs to breathe? Speaking of that what if I committed suicide? Would my parents even care?

"What happened?" Ashton and I turn my head so I can breathe and speak.

"I asked her to just listen for me or I'd leave and she goes 'we tried to get you to agree with us but you won't so we give up. Pack your bags.' She agreed with me! She actually thought me living  here was good," I exclaim and he pats my shoulder. "So I told them I'd ruin everything they worked for."

"I can't believe they didn't just stop and listen," Ashton says angrily.

"No, they listened it just wasn't what they wanted to hear so they didn't give a crap," I assure him and he frowns.

"I'm sorry, Mike," He says and I shake my head.

"Not your fault."

"I'll call the guys!" Ashton declares standing up and going to the other room.

--

"What's the point of this?" I whine as they drag me down the boardwalk.

"You'll see," Luke chuckles pushing me forward being the impatient guy he is.

"I will stab you, Luke," I assure him but he just laughs with everyone else.

"Come on you'll love this," Calum states messing up my hair.

"I don't see how you can make me happy, right now," I admit and they stop right in front of some shop.

It looks almost run down. I don't see what's so special about it? There's Pure glowing in pink above the door. That must be the name. Have they taken me to some therapist?

"This is Pure. It's a piercing and tattoo shop," Ashton states noticing I'm confused. "Cal and I are getting tattoos and Luke wants a lip piercing."

"So why am I here?" I ask.

"Don't you want to laugh at Luke crying as he gets the piercing?" Calum asks and Luke punches him as hard as he can but somehow Calum doesn't flinch a bit.

"I guess," I chuckle and Luke glares at me. "Maybe, I'll get something."

"You should," some girl with short curly black hair with bangs says in the doorway. She leans against the doorframe cocking her eyebrows up at us, "or you should stop loitering. You're scaring away my customers."

"Hey, Nia," Calum smiles.

"Great to see you, Calum," she winks and I look back and fourth at the two. Do they know each other? Well duh. Of course they do. They know their names. That was a stupid question. "Are you all getting something done?"

They all turn to me and I bite my lip. Am I? Maybe, I should get something to remember today. I look at my friends and see their hopeful faces before looking back at Nia. What's the harm in a little ink? I already have tattoos.

"I guess," I nod and she smiles.

"Perfect! Now stop standing around like crazy teenagers and let me do my job," she chuckles opening the door wide for us.
