I was playing with sky when Derek comes in

Derek: how was your day?

I turn and I see him with a beer.

Riley: Derek why are you holding that?

Derek: I'm drinking it duh

Riley: but your only 18 derek you shouldn't be drinking

Derek: Relax riley I'll be fine

Riley: How many have you drank so far?

Derek: hmm two this is my third one today

Riley: Are you fucking crazy?

Derek: Don't worry Riley

Riley: Well I don't want you to be drinking in front of my daughter

He grabs my wrist and holds it tight making it hurt my scars

Riley: Ow derek

Derek: As long you live under my roof I can do whatever the fuck I want

Riley: Derek stop your drunk already.

Derek: that's what beer does to you dumbass

He let's go of me and leaves upstairs.

Riley: *sigh* it's okay sky we will be fine

I pick up Skylar and hug her.

Lucas: So Sofia what do you say? Want to be my girlfriend again?

Sofia: Yes lucas

We kiss and that's when I know I can finally try to move on again

Sofia: So date tonight?

Lucas: Of course cause your the only girl I want to be with

I kiss her cheek and we hug

It was already night time, I tuck Skylar in bed then I go to my bedroom where I see Derek shirtless

Riley: Hey

Derek: Hey

Riley: So do you need to say anything to me?

Derek: About?

Riley: How you were getting drunk today?

Derek: Riley I might get drunk sometimes so what?

Riley: I don't want you to be drinking at this age and especially not in front of my daughter

Derek: Excuse me? You mean our daughter

Riley: Derek that's not the point-

Derek: No Riley, the moment you said yes to that proposal today that ment your mine and I become Skylar's father.

Riley: Derek you have to realize Skylar's father is lucas

He pins me back and holds my wrist but hard.

Riley: ow Derek

Derek: Riley don't ever say that name again. I never want to see him or hear him again

Riley: But derek he has to see his daughter

Derek: Well I don't want him around Skylar

Derek: Lucas is nothing. Your mine riley. now let's get some sleep.

He let's go of me and we go to bed
