Raven
It's been about a month now since Jake's family moved in. Routine seems to be how these people live. For example Jake has just got in from school; he'll go to the kitchen grab a sandwich, go upstairs, put his headphones in then work on his school work for a few hours before checking his empty message box then lay in bed with a sad facial expression. Nicole wakes up, spends several hours doing her makeup, a few more hours on the phone, eats like one lettuce leaf, and then goes online shopping and watches TV. This woman has such a boring repetitive life. She might as well be a rock, I bet rocks have way more fun than she does. Martin on the other hand is super busy 24/7. He leaves early comes home late, eats some food, talks to Nicole for awhile before going to bed. I don't think he's seen Jake at all since he started school. Even though this family is so routined , it's also so dysfunctional at the same time.

Even though I knew everyone's routine, today was different. Jake came home later than usual and didn't bother with food. He went straight to our room (yes, I'm calling it out room now. What! I stay in there enough for it to be my room again) and broke down in tears. I wonder what it was this time. He looked ok, there were no visible scaring or bruises. You know I'm fed up of his moaning and crying and down right depressiveness. He's killing my vibes...metaphorically speaking of course.

So how do you stop some annoying person? You scare them of course. For starters I opened the window that is way to high for him to reach, making the room go cold. He sniffles a bit a just hugged his jumper more. I moved over to him and breathed on the back of his neck making the hairs stand up on end. He gasped and turned around while rubbing his neck. He'd stopped crying now, and looked worried. Excellent. Stage 3 was the classic opening the door so slowly it creaked, which it did. Jake bolted up straight.
"Hello! Who's there? Dad? Nicole?"
I couldn't help but snigger.

Jake
I came home as usual but I wasn't feeling hungry so went straight to my room. I don't know what came over me but I just burst into tears. This must have been the wave I tried to prevent coming out earlier at school. I was at my locker when this girl approached me.
"Hey. It's Jake right?" Her voice was strong but soft at the same time.
"Urm yeah"
"You're new here aren't you? I sit behind you in chemistry. I thought I'd just say hi...you know...as a welcome"
I was so confused why is this girl talking to me. I'm no one. I must admit I wasn't complaining. She was the first person who'd said anything to me since I started here. She wasn't a slim girl, slightly chubby with her short hazel brown pixie hair covering her blue eyes, that she swept out the way constantly.
"Oh I'm Jess, by the way"
"Oh ok"
"You don't say much do you?"
"No"
She gave me a slight smile as if to say 'it's ok I understand' but before she could say anything else some other girls came over.
"Hey Je...don't tell me you're talking to him?" Wow rude much she didn't even know me.
"Don't let Daniel see you talking to him or you'll be on his list" one girl cooed
"Yeah. Didn't you see him get pummelled last week" another girl piped up.
So from what I've gathered Daniel was the one who kicked the shit out of me then. And that meant no one else would talk to me? That's messed up. Jess' friends were dragging her away from me "I'll see you around" she smiled at me and left with her not so friendly friends.

I wanted to cry so bad. Why wasn't I allowed to make friends just because this one guy beat me up, why have I got a price on my head?

So that's why I'm crying now because of a girl who was nice to me. Stupid huh. It was quite cold in my room. Colder than normal. I sunk deeper into my jumper. There was something wrong, the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end, I turned around but nothing was there. As I looked back my door creaked open like a typical horror ghost movie.
"Hello! Who's there? Dad? Nicole?" I called out, my voice cracking. I shouldn't be scared but I couldn't help it. I got up to close my door, but as I reached for the handle the door slammed shut. My heart was pounding in my chest. What the fuck is going on.

I walked back from the door, my back towards the rest of the room. At that moment I had a sickening feeling in my stomach, usually in a movie I'd look behind me and nothing would be there and then I'd look back and something would be there to scare me. So what do I do? I look behind me. Nothing there. I then reluctantly turned back my eyes jammed shut. My breathing was really heavy. I couldn't open my eyes. I kept them shut and walked back towards my bed in attempt to hide under the quilt. This was stupid but I made it there, feeling around I couldn't feel my blanket. My eyes opened in front of me was a figure draped in my blanked.

I must have passed out because the next thing I knew I was laid in bed with my blanket perfectly on me. Did I dream all that? It felt so real. My pillow was wet from cold sweats I'd had. That couldn't have been real, could it? I asked myself. Surely not. I'm so confused. How was it 11:00pm already I must have slept for awhile.

Raven
As you know my point of view is very important so here's a quick over view of what I did. After opening Jake's door I went over to his bed. All of a sudden his door slammed shut which even made me jump. It must have been the draft that was coming from the window. Why didn't I think of that? It even made me jump never mind Jake. He looked back at me then back towards the door at this point I pulled his blanket off and put it over me. My plan was for him to pull it off and see no one was there and run out screaming but no the fool passes out on his bed instead. Who does that! If I was evil or a maniac I would have killed him straight up and that would have been pointless. I put the blanket on him and left him to it. He'd pissed me off that he'd fainted. That's so selfish of him.
