Sophia's POV
I put on my shorts and this white top that has a cheeseburger print. I ran downstairs to get a drink and I pass my mom's room, and she was changing to these formal but casual clothes (does that even make sense, lmao).
"Mom, why are you changing"
"Oh hey, how do you feel?" my mom questioned
"I feel fine but-"
My chat with my mom was interrupted by the doorbell. My mom was running towards the door with a big smile plastered on her face. Who the hell is there?! I went behind my mom and as she open the door...I saw him, Clark. Why the actual hell is he in my house?! Damnnn I'm so embarrassed, I'm legit wearing pj's. That's when my eyes met his...
"Hey" I said
"umm hey, nice to meet you" he awkwardly mentioned
"It's been so long. Come in" My mom said as she gestured her hand in our house.
We sat down in the dining table. My mom comes and goes with a different dish everytime. I stood up...
"Nice to meet you Mr and Mrs Anderson" and another stupid move...I realized I was bowing!
I WATCHED TOO MUCH ANIME!!!
Wth?! We're in Canada for freakin sake!!!
"Oh hey Sam" I wave at Clark's brother. They share the same hazel eyes, even though Sam is 1 year younger.
"Hahahaha" the only thing that came out of the other's mouths. THIS IS SO EMBARRASING!!!
I heard the doorbell.
"Yay, the pizza is finally here" my mom said while walking towards the door. I put my hand to stop her.
"Mom, I'll get it" I said while my mom was smiling at me. At least i'll be away from the dining room. I SWEAR I WANT TO DIE IN A HOLE RIGHT NOW
I opened the door...
"JAKE!!!" I SCREAMED
"umm...Jack" he said...oopsies.
"What happened?!" my mom screamed as she ran towards me
"Nothing mom, it's fine" i replied
"So Jack, wanna come in for awhile?" I asked him
"Thank you but it's fine" He said..but too late, I already grabbed his arm and dragged him inside.
"Come on Jack, stay for awhile" I said with puppy eyes.
"But-but-bu-"
"Don't worry, you must be a friend of my daughter, come on, come in and eat something" My mom said...I mouthed *thank you* to her
"What about the pizza deliveries?" Clark asked
"Oh, the truth this order was the last one" he answered while lifting up the pizza box.
"So come on...come in" I insisted. and I totally forgot Mr and Mrs Anderson, and Sam was there...I REGRET THIS SO MUCH.
As we sat on the dining table...there was this awkward silence...a stranger eating with them...they must be uncomfortable. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DOOOOOO
