Chapter 14

*Cassie*

Calum please hurry.

*Calums POV*

I get to the house and just glare. I get out of the car and run to a window. I don't see anyone. There's no car. Is run to the back and I see a little door that leads down. I open it slowly. And I hear a whimper. My eyes tear up. Cassie. I walk down the stairs slowly. I hear a loud slap followed by a small scream. I bawl up my fists and peak over the corner.

I see a man standing over a lifeless girl. She trying to push herself up but she Cnt. Her clothes are torn. She looks up finally and I see it's Cassie. I feel my blood boil.

"I'll be back sweetheart. I have to take care of a few things" she looks at the floor and he walks out. I run to her and she jumps. "Cassie it's me. It's okay. I'm here" she looks up "Calum?" I feel her hands wrap around my neck and I hug her tight.

I pick her up bridal style and run to the door I came in. I run down the street to my car and put her in the passenger side. I jump in and drive to the hospital. I see her face for the first time in light. And she's so bruised. It's worse than when I found her by the door at our show.

She looks so broken. I clench my fists on the steering wheel and we get to the hospital. I run her in and they take her out of my arms. "Calum" she grabs my arm and I see her face. "I love you" and they take her away.

I pull out my phone and call the detective on our case. I tell him where I found her and they say they went to arrest him. I text the boys

C: I found her. We are at the hospital now. She's okay. Shes weak but she's okay.

I sit in the waiting room and just relax for the first time in a long time. Seems like second Slater I see three tall idiots with tear stained cheeks run in and come up to me. They engulf me in a hug and tell me she's gonna be okay.

Soon the doctor comes out and he comes up to us "Hood?" I go up to him. "Yes?" He gives me a smile "she wants to see you" I thank him and the boys and I run to her room.

I see her sitting in the bed and I smile. I go up to her and just hug her. I kiss her head and she just laughs.

"Calum. Let go. I'm okay." I laugh and look at her "I am never letting you go. Every time your out of my site u end up in the hospital" I joke and hug her more. She just laughs and rolls her eyes.

Then it's the boys turns to hug her. She hugs them all and we just sit forever talking until the detective comes in. "Look I'm glad to see your better but we need to know what happened."

Cassie's POV

I look down. I grip calums hand. He kisses my head. "It's okay. Tell him what happened." I nod. "He was my teacher my freshman year. He raped me and I turned him in. He found me and locked me up in that basement. Every second was torture. He would beat me, kick me, call me awful names,  and he even raped me. I tried to fight but he overpowered me. I couldn't stop him. I thought it would never end. Then once he left, he forgot his phone. I know calums by heart. So I called him. Then the door opened. I hung up and his the phone. He came in. He grabbed my hair and threw me on the ground. He said he left his phone. I said I didn't see it. So he beat me. Called me a lier. It was awful. He went out after not finding the phone and then. Calum came in. He took me out and now. I'm here."

I looked up and saw the tears in all their faces. Saw the detective writing. And calum kissed my hand. I squeezed it to let him know I was okay but he shook his head and just held tighter.

The detective looked up. "Thank you. That is all we needed. I'm sorry this happened but now we can put him away for good. Get well soon" we nodded and he left.

Michael looks at me "Cassie I am so sorry this happened" I shook my head. "You guys. It happened. It's over. I just want to forget it and move on."they nod. Michael comes up to me and kisses my lips. I pull away and look at calum. He just laughs "it's okay. You guys can be together. Just don't hurt my sister mate" he says pointing at michael. I look at the other boys and they have genuine smiles on their faces.

They look at each other. And to me and mouth 'it's okay' I smile and everyone joins in a big hug. I laugh at them and soon I feel myself grow tired. They turn on the tv and soon I drift off.

No matter what's happened I'm just happy I have these four boys with me.
