Shin Jimin snuck a glance at the clock in her dorm, still groggy from her nap. The shiny, red clock helped her wake up, as the time on the item indicated she was late for the dance practice with her fellow group-mates.
"Aishh..." She muttered under her breath whilst stuffing her bottom half into a pair of black leggings. She grabbed a red, Tokyo Ghoul shirt and put it on as she was brushing her teeth. She stared longingly at the mini fridge, but decided no food was the punishment for being late. Running past the ajar door, she adjusted her pants and ran her fingers through her wavy, medium-length hair in an attempt to comb it.
"My manager's going to be pissed," she whispered to herself as she walked into the medium-sized room.
"What are you whispering about?" A quiet, hoarse voice whispered.
"Eek!" Jimin screeched. She calmed down, seeing the hands that grabbed onto her shoulders was just her group-mate, Mina. Mina glanced at the clock.
"Wow, you're thirty minutes early, Unnie. That's a new record," Mina informed. Jimin glanced at the clock, a confused look on her face.
"We knew you'd be late again, so we changed the time on the clock in our dorm 45 minutes later," A lower voice told her.
"Chanmi!" Jimin yelled, turning abruptly towards the voice. "Mina! I'm so mad at you guys... I need my sleep! I'm so tired and hungry! Did I mention I had to skip breakfast because I thought I was late..." Jimin whined while stomping her feet on the wooden floor.
"Excuse me, you're Jimin, right?" A smooth, silky voice asked.
"Ye-" Jimin came to a halt as she faced the source of the voice. The boy was familiar, but she couldn't remember what his name was or where she knew him from. His shaggy hair seemed to be a mix of dirty blonde and dark brown. And his eyes were like chocolate, stern, yet warm and sweet. His striped blue sweater accompanied his long jeans and his sharp jaw countered his soft features. Jimin's observations came to a halt when the boy came closer to her, his eyes confused.
"Y..Yes," she quickly answered. She furiously bowed down, realizing her rude manners.
"Annyeonghaseyo, Jimin-imnida," she said, awkwardly bent at a 90-degree angle.
Following her, he also bent down (though not as much).
"Annyeonghaseyo, Xiumin-imnida," he said.Hello, and thank you for reading the first chapter of Call you Bae. I really hope you enjoy the story!(sorry it was so short...) I will try to upload at least one chapter per week, but no promises....
