Call You Bae

Chapter 13

"A resort?!" Jimin exclaimed.

"Yes, you will be staying in a resort along with Xiumin in order to film the MV..." Her manager answered. 

Apparently, Jimin and Xiumin are to travel to a nearby city and stay in a resort there, both as a mini-vacation and a way to film the music video for Call You Bae. After being informed this, somewhat last-minute, she ran back to the dorm to pack quickly, with just a few essentials for two days. The rest, she was told, would be provided. 

After quickly stuffing pairs of clothes in her small suitcase, she made sure to grab her phone and earbuds, placing them in a small purse. Making sure she packed everything, she started rolling her suitcase out in the hallway. 

"Unnie, where are you going?" A voice asked from behind her.

"Oh, Seolhyun! I'm just going to be out of town to film the MV.." Jimin replied.

"Huh, well, have a nice trip!" She responded. Jimin simply nodded and smiled at her, before making her way towards the main hall. 

"Great timing Jimin, Xiumin is already seated in the bus and ready to leave..." Her manager stated. 

Jimin nodded and carried her suitcase a few feet before one of the guards helped and placed the suitcase on the bus. The bus was small, yet pristine. The inside was very clean, and seemed more like a luxury van. Inside, she saw Xiumin sitting in one of the four seats, waiting patiently. He glanced up and saw Jimin, and smiled as she made her way over to him.

"Did you know we were going to a resort?" Jimin asked him. He shook his head no.

"I got just as much notice as you got," he replied. 

Resting her head on the seat, she started digging into her purse to find her earbuds. After finally retrieving them from the depths of her purse, she plugged them into her phone and started looking through her playlists.

"What songs do you listen to?" Xiumin asked. Jimin, caught by surprise, stumbled a bit before replying.

"Lots of things.." She said, signaling to Xiumin the multiple playlists she had created.

"A lot of rap I can see..." Xiumin commented scrolling through her multiple playlists.

"Of course!" Jimin exclaimed.

"World-class rappers listen to fellow world-class rappers..." She explained.

"Then why are you listening to literal rap gods?" Xiumin asked playfully. Jimin just stuck out her tongue at Xiumin, scrunching up her nose slightly. Xiumin just laughed and grabbed his phone, earbuds already plugged in. 

"For this ride, you're listening to my music...." He declared, practically shoving an earbud into her ear.

"Ok ok, I'll put it in... Geez that hurt..."Jimin mumbled, slightly rubbing her ear. Xiumin chuckled, but soon got indulged in the music. 

Both of them were sitting there, sharing earbuds and slightly bobbing their heads to the music. And both of them knew that this trip would be an interesting one....

Hey, sorry I took a bit of time for this chapter to go up, but stuff happened, especially with Hurricane Harvey (Yup, I live in Houston)... But I'm fine and hopefully I will continue to write this... Thanks for all of the encouraging word!! (Plus, we are close to 1K reads, yayy)...
