Oh shit. Oh shit. Oh shit! I mentally cried. Tires screeched, the smell of burnt rubber filled the air and I was running, faster than the speed of any known species, as if my life depended on it. Sad to say, it did.

I knew I should've never left the safety of the woods earlier that day. Jessie lay on her hood up in flames near FDR Drive, sirens wailed around her but I couldn't go back. It was too risky, I can't try fate. If I go back I'll get caught, once I'm caught things will end bad, just like the last time three- wait no- almost four years ago.

"NO!" I screamed as I felt the all to familiar sensation flood over me.....

My scream peirced through the air. Once peacefully perched, resting birds were now flying away, startled by the screech that fills the night sky.

I cluched my now waist length brown hair tightly, pulling several strands out, as the green wastes over my eyes. Slowly my hair begins to turn blonde. I stumble, my knees come into contact with the moist sand. The beach! is the last my mind is able to process before the visions start to appear.

When I open my eyes, the first thing I see is buisness people bustling up and down 49th street. Everyone was on theircell phones talking like theres no tomorrow, however the phones they used were far more high tech then ones available now...

Cars zoomed past each other, definitely going over the speed limit. But they suddenly all stopped, everyone around had simultaneously ceased talking and began to drop all there phones. Everything fell silentuntil one large BOOM went through the city sending a ripple of air in all directions.

I gasped thinking they were all dead till i sensed soft breathing coming from everyone of them. "They're sleeping?!", I whisper questioned as the realization hit me. I, however, had no more time to dwell on it as the scene shifted.

Now there was a boy, about 16, with black hair and brown eyes, he was also pretty short. He was running toward the Williamsburg Bridge. Thats when I noticed the most beautiful bow in his hands, noched with an arrow ready to fire at.... at what?

I could tell I went pale at the sight of hundreds- no thousands- of monsters on the other side. I scowled and hissed trying to seem threatening but then remembered that this was only a vision.

Feeling much calmer, I looked toward another boy, probably no older than the other, with dark hair and piercing sea green eyes. He shouted something, most likely an order, to the other boy who merely nodded. This is what i hated about visions. You could onnly ever see and not here. Anyway the boy noched his last arrow sending it flying towards the bridge, causing it to crumble.

A blood curling scream whisked through the air as the bridge diminished under the monsters feet. I blinked, trying to process all the events I had witnessed when another, more out of despair, cry puntured the air. I turned. It was the sea green eyed boy. HIs shirt, which used to be orange, was now torn with fresh blood seeping through.

At that moment I was a bit taken back. With that much blood loss he should be dead, but I couldn't sense any wounds coming off him like normal.

He fell to his knees, tears flowing out of his beautiful eyes and showering his good-looking face. He was gazing toward the place where the other boy had been. Key word had.

I followed the direction he'd been facing. I caught my breath. The boy was no longer there, all that was left behind was a single bow....
