Please, please, please read this. It is extremely important!
Ok, well this first part is horrible. I rushed it and it is super boring. But, I am new and I was really excited to get the first part out into the world. The story gets better. I promise. I will probably make this part better sometime, but just not now. Thanks 4 ur understanding!!!! (the part below is like a summary, and the one below that is the story beginning.)

Well let me just tell you now that I don't live a normal life. My dad "disappeared" years ago, well that's what my mom said at least.
I live in Druidia, a "fairy town" as some people call it. Everyone knows that fairies aren't real, right? Wrong. They are very, very, real. As well as dragons, griffins, serpents, unicorns, ogres, you name it!
My mom isn't exactly the best mother. I used to have a brother, but mom won't tell what happened to him either... I think how he disappeared is related to my dad's disappearance. It is my job to find out what happened to them, and believe me. I will.

"FAITH! GET DOWN HERE RIGHT NOW AND MAKE BREAKFAST!" My mom screamed from downstairs.
I groaned and looked at my alarm clock. I leaped up and quickly got dressed as I realized that I had overslept. The alarm clock was one of my few possessions. At least I had a semi-nice bedroom!
"HURRY UP!" I heard my mom scream again .
I rushed downstairs and nearly rammed into her.
"Next time be here before I am." She snarled.
I dashed over to the oven and whipped up some scrambled eggs. My mother was already at the table, waiting impatiently. I walked over and let her get what she wanted while I watched her eat.
When she was done I ate what was left. It wasn't much, but it was more than I ate yesterday. I scarfed down the eggs and then went off to do my chores.
