I wake up the next morning with smile. Last night was actually fun, despite the Nick thing. Well also Thomas kissed a girl, but I'm over it. It feels good, I feel good. When I get done remembering last night I jump out of bed and walk to the bathroom. On my way I glance at the time, nine sharp.
This time I decide to listen to music, so I grab my phone and Bluetooth speaker. While debating in my head what song to play I turn on the shower. Randomly, I just start dancing. I dance on over to my phone and type in a song that comes into my head.
Drag Me Down by One Direction.
As the song starts I immediately start dancing again. Eventually, I get in the shower. A bunch of other songs play after it and I sing to all of them. Though I'm a terrible singer I still sang. It is proven that if you sing at least ten minutes a day it will prolong you lifespan. So... I'm going to live forever suckers. Haha!
After I shower, this time taking longer than five minutes, I brush my teeth, put on deodorant, and brush my hair. Then, using a clip, I pin my hair up in the back to keep my clothes from getting wet. Now I just have to decide what to wear...
With minimal thinking I pick my lucky shirt and a pair of leggings. My lucky blue shirt became lucky when I won a stuffed animal with a raffle ticket. Stupid, but I was five and that was the best day of my life.
I look at myself in the mirror. And when I approve I walk downstairs to appease this lion in my stomach. With my luck my parents are already gone. On Sunday's they usually go to work at my dads shop. Their excuse is "their bored and they want some alone time" I am all for it so I just wave when they leave. I look around to see my brothers still asleep, so I decide to surprise him.
I rush to the kitchen and pull out all the necessary things to make pancakes. Half way through I go to put back the milk and find bacon. My mouth drops and I just can't help but stare at the most mouthwatering meat on the universe. Slowly I grab it and bring it to the stove with a gentle touch. I'm basically worshiping it.
In no time I have pancakes and bacon ready. I pile some onto a plate and put it on something to prop it up. Carefully, I walk to Daniels room and push the door open with my foot. "Daniel?" I ask
"What?" I hear a grumble coming from the mass of blankets in Daniels bed.
"I brought you breakfast. Wakey wakey pancakes and beaky." I say in a sing song voice. There must be an earthquake happening because the mountain of blanket come erupting down and a head pops out.
"Food?" He says like a dog. He stares at the plate with so much lust you'd think it was a model. I hand the food to him and watch as he practically inhales it.
"Good?" I ask as he is finishing the bacon. He raises on thumb to show he's not stopping. I go downstairs and make myself a plate. Without a moment after I clean up the mess and head to my room. So I can eat in peace.
The bacon is like eating heaven. I'm lucky no one can see me right now because I'm literally shoving it into my mouth. It's funny how whenever your alone eating food you just disregard all manners. As soon as I'm finished I put the plate on my desk and decide to read for a while.
I look at my alarm clock and see it's already 11:30. Wow. By now I'm already halfway through my book. So I decide to take a break and do my chores. Many people absolutely hate doing chores, but I find them comforting. They allow you to kind of just think and in the process calm you down somehow.
But my favorite part, I get to turn up music really loud and just dance like crazy. I usually do it when no one is home, so I'll have to preoccupy Daniel for a hour. I walk to his room and knock. "Daniel?"
