"You look so much like your mother." The demon said. He stood up from his throne. "Come closer, my daughter."

I didn't want to go near that odd man. The white haired male sneered and forcefully nudged me closer.

"Go over there!" He practically growled. I stepped closer, my long orange and yellow hair bouncing behind me.

The demon caressed my cheek. "You have your mother's eyes and her lips. Her soft skin and rosey cheeks." He said, seeming to have lost his hardcore and evil persona. He looked like he lost something dear to him. "I am the Demon King, Demise. You are my daughter, Deminia. I have been looking for you."

I looked in his eyes. He shook off the sad look. He turned towards the white haired male. "Ghirahim, you are to take care of my daughter. No failing to do so. You know what will happen if you do." His voice got tougher on that last sentence.

I could hear this so called "Ghirahim," gulp and shiver.

"Yes, my lord." Ghirahim took my hand and walked me out of the throne room.

"So... Your name is Ghirahim, correct?" I asked.

"Yes, my lady." He responded. That is such a peculiar name to me. It rolled off the tongue though. I giggled slightly to myself.

"What is so funny?" He asked. Seeming so annoyed.

"It is just an interesting name." I responded. "I'm-"

"Deminia. I know. We watched you grow up in the woods. We were waiting for the right moment to bring you here." He  said, facing away from me. "Here is your room. I shall retrieve you when it is dinner. Please, make yourself at home. One of the maids will be in soon to help you prepare." Ghirahim didn't look at me at all. He kept his head turned away.

"Thank you, Ghirahim. It was nice talking to you while it lasted." I smiled.

"I am honoured, princess. I shall see you soon." He kept a straight face. I closed the door behind me. I scanned over the room. Red and yellow and orange and black colors surrounded the large room. Truly fit for a demon princess.

I walked over to the vanity, taking a seen and scanning over the objects. Some small candies, some jewelry and what really stood out was right in the center on a red pillow was a golden crown with red and orange gems decorating it.

I heard a knock at my door. A small feminine voice came through. "My lady, I am here to get you ready for dinner."

"Oh, please come in." A rather small woman walked in. Her hair in a low ponytail.

"What would you like to wear, my lady?" She asked rather soft spoken.

"Please, no need with formalities. Call me Deminia."

"Y-yes, Princess Deminia." She seemed afraid of something. "Please, pick an outfit you would like to wear."

I scanned over the red and orange dresses. One stood out. A beautiful red and orange dress with a black corset.

"Excellent choice, Princess. Allow me to help you get ready."

I got out of my old clothes, despite her protest and put on the dress. She sat me down at the vanity and began to carefully brush my hair.

I began to feel powder and more powder being applied to my face with colorful powder on my eyes and some sort of brush that made my eyelashes feel heavy and some sort of lip color thingy.

She picked up the crown and placed it onto my head. It fit like a glove. I looked at myself in the mirror. I looked... Beautiful.. not a single blemish on my face.

Another knock emitted from the door. "Maid! Are you done yet?! Demise can't hold his patience any longer!"

"Oh, dear... I just finished, lord Ghirahim."

I stand up from the chair and the maid makes her way out of my room. I look at Ghirahim and he gestures for me to follow him. I follow him to the dining room where Demise sat across from me and Ghirahim stood by his side as Demise ate. I took my seat and looked at my plate.
