Max's P.O.V (wasn't expected that, were you?! Yes..? oh.)

I heard the door open, and then shut.

"Wha...?" I slid out of bed and peeked down the hallway. Nothing.

I crept down the hall. Something was...missing. But what? Then it hit me. Ross! I speed walked into the living space, only to find that the couch was empty and the blanket on the floor. A spear of panic(! At the Disco. Sorry.) shot through me.

I hurried around the apartment, trying to find any clue of where Ross could've gone. My eyes finally landed on a note. I scanned the words.

"A walk? At four in the morning? Something isn't right..."

I wrote another note for Tim, and grabbed my keys.

I head out the door, with only one thing in mind.

I was going to find Ross.

Ross's P.O.V

Darkness. That's all I could see. Then I heard voices.

"There. I told you he's real!"

"You kidnapped him just to show him to me? That's twisted."

"Not just to show him to you! Boss said he needed him."

"Why him though?"

"I really dunno. Took me forever to find him. Either way, I guess we will have to see what Boss wants."

Before I could stop myself, I let out a small cough against the duct tape on my mouth.

I heard a small gasp. "He's awake! Hurry, go send a commn to Boss."

"Yes ma'am!"

A commn? What the heck is that? A weapon? A torture-device? A bomb? I shuddered a bit at some of my thoughts.

I heard footsteps approach me. A hand ripped off the blindfold that had been covering my eyes for the past twenty(-one pilots. Again, sorry.) minutes.

A female face looked back at him. She seemed...familiar, somehow. Wait, could it be...? No. Impossible. She's dead.

"Hey Ross, remember me?"

Max's P.O.V

I drive just over the speed limit, my eyes frantically scanning the sidewalks before hurriedly flicking back to the road.

"Ugh, Ross..where are you?" I mumbled, before something caught my eye. It was my phone, sitting in the cup holder, the screen shining brightly in the darkness. Remembering all those 'Don't text and drive!' Commercials, I pulled over and parked the car before looking at the text I received.

It was an address. Nothing else. From an unknown number.

"Worth a shot.."

Minutes later, I arrived at an old warehouse.

"Very cliche for a hideout.." I looked at the building, not finding anything interesting about it. Just a half-collapsed warehouse.

I stepped inside.

A lady with a bandana around her mouth approached me.

"Please, follow me."

I followed her down a set of stairs, and finally found myself in a room with only a single pole in the middle. Surprisingly, Ross was tied to that pole. How convenient.

"Max!" Ross cried.

"Ross! What happened? Why did you leave?! Are you okay?" I ran towards him.

"I'm fine! Max! You'll never guess who I found!"

I tilted my head at him. "Who..?"

"My sister, Rose!"

"..." Sister? Ross never told me he had a sister!

Before I could say anything else, a large rumble shook the buliding, and a shriek rang out.
