Love is Spilled

Three days pasted as Khy, Samantha and Sally left Lee in the middle of nowhere but Lee was the worst of their problem. Khy Was on patrol about three years ago and found a fully equipped bunker with no one in it. That's where Khy was heading with the two girls so that he could keep them safe and away from harm. "Kh....Khy," Sally murmured softly starting to wake up from the drug that where in her system. Khy looked at her seeing she was not doing well her body was over heating with the journey that they have been on.

"It's Okay Sal we here okay ill lay you in bed and take care of you okay just hang in there alright," Khy said as he grabbed a key from his pocket and opened the door to the bunker and quickly put Samantha in a bed than placed Sally in a larger bed where they would sleep. Khy grabs a rag with some cold water on it so he can try and cool down Sally. "You're going to be okay Sal I promise I wont leave your side I promise that to you." Khy said kissing her cheek softly.

A few hours go by while Samantha was in her own room she wakes up feeling sick and looks at her surroundings seeing she was some where else and didn't see her sister. "Sal," She said softly not waiting to give herself away as being up. She found a rusty pipe on the floor and grabbed it as she walked through the bunker trying to find her sister. "Sally where are you?" Samantha called out starting to get worried for her sister and herself thinking that Lee would come out of nowhere and kill her.

A loud squeaking noise was hard down the hall as she looked around her heart was pounding in her ears as her grip on the pipe got tighter as she was worried of what might be happening to her sister. "Please let it not be Lee doing...." she stopped her self because she didn't want to think about that right now as she slowly walked to the wooden door as she took a deep breathe in. Okay Sam this is the moment you have been looking for to truly unleash your strength she said to her self as she looked at the door handle. Her hand shook slightly as she reached for the handle. With one easy Push she opened the door and saw Sally laying on the bed with a rag on her head.

"Oh your up good how are you feeling?" a familiar voice called out from a small room to the right of her. Khy walked out and looked at her as she tightly gripped the pipe still and lowered her guard as she saw it was Khy. "Whoa there lets not kill the man who just saved you okay just put down the pipe okay and we will go and get you something to re-hydrate yourself with okay." He said walking towards her seeing her lowering the pipe.

"Sorry i thought you where Lee I'm sorry Khy but I just dint know what to expect from just waking up from having been drugged and all I just thought that my sister was being...." Samantha didn't want to finish that though as she looked at Sally in the bed her breathing was shallow as she didn't know what to do if she lost her sister.

"Hey its okay I'll take care of her no matter what even if that mean I have to die to protect her i will do that Samantha I promise you that." Khy said grabbing Samantha's hand showing that he truly did care for her.

"Sa...Sam?" Sally said weakly opening her eyes as she could hear her sister talking to someone in the room.

"It's me Sally it's me" Samantha said as she rushed to her sister kneeling on her knees grabbing her hand as she started to cry being glad to hear her sisters voice again. they hugged and cried as Khy looked at the two of them knowing that this was partly his fault for even trying to kidnap them to trade them for food and what ever else they wanted from the brotherhood.

Khy smiled and left the two of them alone so they can catch up knowing that his feelings for Sally had to be pushed to the side knowing that he would always love her but didn't know how to tell her knowing that they needed time to cope with what had happened to them and didn't want to push his boundaries with them knowing that they could easily kill him if they wanted to. Khy walked to the kitchen and started cooking for them as he knew that they needed their strength if they where ever going to survive out in the wasteland with him.

Samantha came down and looked at him and smiled "you know you should tell her how you really feel about her instead of just pushing what you really feel aside and talk with her because she feels the same way about you."

"Yea but I don't her to get too close when she still has a long road to recovery and I don't to push my boundaries with you or her because you could kill me if I really mess up." He said trying to make it sound like a joke but was actually so scared of the two of them.

"Oh please we won't kill you because we trust you and you saved us and took us in so its just right that we treat each other like a family." Samantha said smiling walking out of the kitchen and back to the room that she woke up in.

"Dinner girls come and get it!" Khy said as Samantha and Sally walked in together smiling as they sat down at the small table they started eating. as it was quiet a little too quiet for their liking. "How are you feeling Sally?" Khy said looking at sally and stunned by her beauty as she ate and looked at him"

"Better thank you." Sally said smiling at Khy and looked at her sister and laughed slightly. "So Khy a little bird told me that you like me and you don't want to tell me because you think that Ill kill you?"

Khy looked at Samantha and started to turn red as he didn't want to admit to what had just been said "I.... I mean.......I am......." Khy started to stammer as he looked at the two girls unsure what was happening. "What I mean to say is......" he took a long pause and looked at her and smiled "Yes I do like you, I've liked you since you saved my life and honestly you made me a better person."

"Well i'm happy that I make you feel that way and honestly I have liked you too and you make me a better person." Samantha said and smiled. She could see that Khy was blushing and knew that she may have found her true love but knew that the wasteland was no place to talk. "Khy can I tell you something and you promise not to get mad," Samantha asked as she looked at him.

"What is it Samantha, you can tell me and I promise I wont get mad," Khy said softly grabbing her hand in his and looked in her eyes.
