- Danelle
"Baby stop," I giggled as Terrance continued to kiss and suck on my neck. "Baby stop," he laughed as he mimicked me. I poked out my lips and he chuckled. "Come here girl," he grinned as he rolled over and leaned up against the headboard while cradling me in his lap. Eta James's song At last began to play softly on my iPhone's stereo. He reached over on my nightstand and poured us both a glass of champagne.
I chuckled as I took a sip of my wine. We had been at it all night and all morning long. We woke up first thing this morning showered and after breakfast we went another round of our love making session. I certainly missed these days. On the weekends when Terrance didn't have to work crazy hours he would come over to my place, cook dinner, we would drink wine and make love until we couldn't move then we would sleep the next day.
I just wished I knew what was going on with this Shantey situation, I mean he told me but what he was saying just didn't add up, it was so confusing to me. He said that when I had left him he lost his truck driving job, and got a job as an engineer, being an engineer didn't suit him so he went into counseling. He said his brothers death is what motivated him to go into counseling. He said he wanted to give back and help others deal with the things that he went through. I felt so bad because I had left him, I wasn't there to help him deal with his grief, he had to do it alone, but then he told me he looked at my pictures and re-read our messages everyday as well as seek a counselor who helped him get through the worst period of his life.
He said when he met Shantey he was looking for an office and just out of the blue her father was looking for a counselor in his building. Terrance wanted to have his own office but he was short a few thousand dollars. He said Shantey was very nice and that they had went out a couple times, he said she was desperate and looking for a man so he was kind to her. Well his kindness and good looks won Shantey over, so she brought Terrance to her father. So Shantey's father, Mr. Morgan agreed to give Terrance his office unless he married Shantey.
As long as Terrance stays married to Shantey he can have his office, their fancy home, the cars, clothes, extravagant trips and gifts, an extra pay check, whatever he wants. He said that he was okay with all that for awhile, only because he was homeless once, his pride got in the way of reaching out to me. I wished I had never left, then he would never be tied into a marriage. He wouldn't be unhappy.
"What you thinking about?" He asked as he sat his glass down on the nightstand. "Everything you've been through babe, from being happy and in charge of your life to now being unhappy and having somebody else control you," i replied.
"Don't even think about that baby, I'm going to get out of this situation, I've been saving up money, I got about three million dollars saved up in the bank, as soon as I get my name cleared from Shantey and her father we can go to Paris like you always wanted to," he smiled.
"Mm mm, sounds good," I giggled as I kissed his forehead. Just then my cellphone began to ring, and I smiled at the caller ID. "Baby I need to get this, it's my manager," I lied.
"Alright gone head," he replied. I went into the bathroom looking door as I pressed send. "What's going on?"
Terrance -
I smiled as I laid my head up against the headboard I couldn't wait until I was free of Shantey, free of Mr. Morgan free of all of my troubles, me and Danelle could go and live our lives the way they should be lived, this is what I wanted most out of my life. Just to settle down and be happy with the girl I love.
A few moments later D came out the bathroom and climbed back in bed. "Everything okay?" I asked. "Everything's just fine," smiled. "Good, come here and give daddy some more loving. She giggled as I laid her down and pulled her in for a long passionate kiss words couldn't express how much I loved her.
Cherry -
I was sitting on the couch reading one of Carl weber's books sipping some wine when I heard a noise coming from the patio. I ignored it and continued diving into this chapter. I had been so pissed off with the Terrance drama until I decided to just forget about him and forget what had happened between us. I had a plan going on but Trey was being a bitch and not answering any of my calls, so I just dropped the issue. I knew sooner than later when Danelle came back home I would have to face the music, I was ready for whatever she was about bring my way. I was tired of her and ready to end her little precious life. I wasn't going to give up on my plan, I just needed to find me a hit,an or something, until then I would enjoy the rest of the Bahamas.
Just as I flipped a page in the book, I heard the noise again. I put the book faced down on the empty side of the couch next to me, then I took off my blankets, grabbed my rob and walked over to the patio. I looked out first before opening it and then stepping out. Seeing nothing I walked back inside only to see a guy standing in my living room dressed in all black, aiming a gun at my direction.
My first instinct was to reach for my pocket knife, POW! Pain began to ripple into my shoulder as I hunched over grabbing the patio door handle. "W-w Pow! " POW! POW! The armed gunman ran over to Cherry's limp body sending three more shots to her head just to be sure she was dead. He through a note down above her and ran out through the patio exit sliding down the rails and jumping into a vehicle speeding off into the distance.
