Calum and Allegra run into the room holding each other as I stop at the door just to watch everybody having fun together no fights, no one trying to steal someone girl or boy just a peaceful party.
Willow , Michael, Emma and Luke are playing strip poker in the corner of the room , in the kitchen Bryant , Cataleya , Scott and Veronica are talking jelly shots and on the dance floor grinding on each other is Calum, Allegra , and Hailey while Elaina and Ashton talk in the corner near the window. It felt like I was watching them in slow motion everything and everyone were going so slow as if life was meant to be this way but within seconds as everything goes back to normal Ashton's gaze fell a pond me, stopping he's conversation with Elaina he walks towards me.
"Hey you"Ashton asked as he wraps his arms around my hips pulling me towards him
"Hey you, Did you miss me?" asking him as we start to sway back and forth
"Yes I did very much Where did you run off too?" Ashton asked while I was trying to think of the right words to say, but couldn't as I pull him close to me so I could avoid the question.
"Hey Christina What's wrong?" Ashton asked as he tiles my head up to see my face .I never had to lie to Ashton about the shit that I was going though because there was no need to, the day when we decided to hang out with each once he got done the tour is when the devil's headhunters come for me. Ashton was there to fight them off and that same night I told him why they were after me and what I really was and yet he stayed with me even when I told him that he wouldn't survive he still stayed.
"He worries too much about you he will soon become liability" the voices in my head telling to me lie to him but I ignore them and say "Nothing just wanted to go outside and clear my head the music was loud and I started to get a headache so I went outside that's all I promise"
"Okay I believe you I was just worried something happened to you " Ashton said staring back at me
"You worry too much about me and as long as you are with me then nothing can hurt me "I said
"What can I say I'm a concerned boyfriend I have to worry if no one else will right?" he asked
Agreeing with him, he places a kiss on my forehead still holding on to me for dear life like a child holding on to their mother for comfort after a bad nightmare. We sway back and forth to the music playing but was interrupted by my brother Bryant. "May I have everybody's attention please I would like to propose a toast so everyone please come outside" Bryant said as everyone stop and walked outside to see him standing on the back of his truck.
"What's going on Bryant why are we all out here" I asked standing next to Allegra and Willow
"Nothing is going on Christi just trust me you're going to like this" Bryant says as everybody crowds around his truck
"I would like to take a moment out to say that I'm happy to be alive today and that we made it this far in this journey with my sister to help her defeat this ugly son of a bitch (hiccup)who wants to destroy the world laughing at his drunkenness he goes on to say "Now settle down (hiccup) okay I'm not finished I would also like to say that I'm glad that you all are here with her, friends and family that includes you too Ashton, pointing out to him "Yea you better take care of (hiccup) her because if you don't I'll (hiccup) hurt (hiccup) you"
As Ashton pulls me into him he say "I promise I won't let her go"
"Good but serious I would like a moment of silence for those who we lost along the way, may they smile upon us tonight and Christi mom and dad would be proud of what we accomplished here today so let's raise our glasses for them" raising our glasses to remember the ones who we lost
