Chapter 19

Laura's POV

I walked outside with Nick. "So umm Laura I came here because well I figured out something" Nick said.

"Well......What did you figure out?!" I said unpatiently. "I figured that am still in love with you I miss you, I miss us!" He said. It struck me like lightning I mean I love Nick but nothing more than friends anymore.

"Uhh I don't know what to say I mean I have a boyfriend and I love him! I don't see you like that anymore!" I said in shock. "But Laura, we had a really amazing relationship!" Nick said trying to convince me.

"No Nick I love Ross, you are in the past I mean common I broke up with you for a reason! Just because I agreed to be friends with you doesn't mean I forgot!" I said. "Am sorry Laura I shouldn't have done this." He said with a sad face.

"Nick wait I love you! but as a friend can you accept that?" I said I didn't want to loose a friend that I had known almost my whole life! "Yes umm we should do something tomorrow to catch up?" He asked . "Sure!" I answered.

Ross' POV

I was looking outside the window I couldn't hear anything. Laura seemed upset but then Nick seemed upset.

I then saw Laura stop him from leaving and they both smiled. What could they have talked about? Then My heart dropped! She pulled him back for a hug a long more than friends hug. I couldn't believe it I mean she's my girlfriend I hate seeing her so close like that to another guy. I would never do anything like that to her!

Laura's POV

I saw Nick walking away and pulled him back for a hug goodbye. It lasted longer than I thought I mean it for me it wasn't for more than a friendly hug.

Nick left with a big smile on his face. I went in the house I wanted to continue eating with my boyfriend. As soon as I went in the house Ross asked "So what did he want this late?"

"He said he still likes me he wanted me back but I said no and asked him to remain friends." I answered. "Then why did you hug him all lovey dovey and stuff!?" Ross asked me "It was a friendly hug babe let it go!" I said getting closer and kissing him.

He looked down at me and kissed me back, "Common lets go keep eating" He said We walked over to the kitchen and finished eating. We then went to bed.

*****Next Day*****

It is now 2:00 PM Ross' family was back from their aunt's house. "Hey babe!" I called Ross in our room. "Can We talk?" I asked "Yeah sure what's up?" he asked. "Well Nick wanted to take me out but as friends just to catch up I just wanted to see if you were okay with it." I said

"I don't know what to say I mean who in their right mind would let their girlfriend go out with their ex to Catch Up ?" Ross said. "Babe i promise it's just a friend thing!" I said.

"Well do whatever you want" Ross said. I kissed him on the cheek and went outside which ironically Nick was already there. I got inside his car and drove off. He took me to a Buffalo Wild Wings which he knew I absolutely loved!

We had so much fun catching up and remembering old times. Time flew! By the time we go out it was dark. "So want me to take you home?" Nick asked. "Yeah its late" I said.

Ross's POV

It was dark and Laura still wasn't back! "What could be taking them so long? " I whined. "Maybe they went to a hotel and hooked up!" Riker said trying to bug me. But what if they did I can't believe I let Laura out with her ex!

The doubt was driving me crazy! "Ross chill Laura would never cheat on you!" Rocky said trying to comfort me. "He's right Ross" Rydel agreed. I was more calm but I still didn't have a good feeling about Nick.
