Nearly three years have passed since the battle in downtown Richport City. What once was a warzone became as peaceful as it was before The Event and the arrival of Dante. With everything back to normal, the people have gone back to rebuilding their lives.

Since the fight with Dante, Diamond took over duties of restoring the city. That doesn't mean that it hasn't come with its challenges though. The majority of the people had been very supportive over the past three years, but there have, also, been those that would rather see her removed.

The Pack eventually began to occupy the entire building where their underground military complex played home during the war. It was a thirty-story building lying in the heart of downtown Richport. Only the rebuilt military stayed in the underground facility.

Diamond spent most of her time in her office constantly planning the next move for the group. As she stood at the window, looking over the city, she couldn't help but to feel a sense of accomplishment. As she turned around her phone rang.

"Yes, Mikaela?" she answered.

"Ma'am, your husband is here to see you."

"Send him in, please. Thank you."

In a hurry, Diamond reached for her mirror and makeup to fix herself up. Even after two years of marriage, she still loved to make an impression. Just as he walked in, she rushed to put everything away and ran into his arms.

"Did you miss me?" Christian said.

"Well, Mr. Myers, you tell me," Diamond said seductively as she kissed him with passion.

As they stopped, Christian took a moment to adjust his glasses. "I guess I'll take that as a yes."

Diamond walked over to her desk and sat down. "So, what's going on? You just stopping in?"

"Not exactly," he answered. "I'm actually up here on official business right now."

"What is it?"

Christian sat down and laid some papers on the desk. "Take a look at these numbers. It's incredible!"

Diamond picked up the papers and briefly read through them. "How accurate is this?" she inquired.

"To within a half a percent," Christian replied. "This is perhaps the closest we'll get to finding a way of locating any other dimensional gateways throughout the city. It brings us that much closer to finding Damien and bringing him home."

She let out a deep sigh. "I have a meeting with Nadia this morning. I'm assuming you haven't brought this to her attention yet?"

"No," Christian answered. "I wanted to run it by you first. She's been through enough not having him here and trying to run the clinic and take care of D.J. I didn't want to get her hopes up too high just yet until I was one hundred percent certain that we had something tangible."

"Well, she's definitely a strong woman. She needs to know this. If it gets us any closer to bringing Damien home, she needs to be kept in the loop from now on."

"I agree," Christian said. "This is probably the most hope we've had in locating him in the past three years since the fight with Dante."

"Yeah, I know, " Diamond agreed. The phone rang again. "Yes, Mikaela?"

"Ma'am, Ms. James is here for your 10:00 appointment. Shall I send her in?"

"Please. Thank you, Mikaela."

"Should I leave?" Christian inquired.

"No, no," Diamond replied. "I need you here to explain what you found."
