One night, while everyone was asleep, Hazel was playing outside with her mouse toy. She received it from Sue that day. She was in love with it!!!!!!
Sue wasn't paying attention to a car coming nearby, it was driving really fast!! Hazel accidently threw her toy over on the road as she was playing a game with it! The car did not notice Hazel and ran over her tail and back leg. Hazel meowed extremely loud!!! Covered in blood!!
Jacob, Simon, and Sue ran outside. They immediately saw hazel lying on the road, they screamed in shock and fear.
"HAZEL!!!!!!!" Jacob yelled out crying!!!
"Poor Hazel!!" Sue and Simon exclaimed, as the put a hand on Jacob's shoulders.
Sue quickly ran inside, she grabbed a humungous towel, treats, and a first aid kit. She called a taxi and they hurried down to the vet. The vet came back with sad news!
Hazel is now unable to walk, her tail is now stiff. Jacob and Simon were relieved that Hazel didn't pass, but the were sad about the fact that Hazel can't walk anymore!!! POOR HAZEL!!
Once they got Hazel home, they rested her in Jacob and Simon's room so that she doesn't feel lonely. Hazel healed quickly over the past few months. They got her special trainer. The trainer gave Hazel something that you can put around her legs that have wheels so that she can walk without using her back legs!!

Sue sometimes took Hazel to work, they have a special room that has cat beds, food, toys, YOU NAME IT!!! It's for Hazel to get the opportunity to get some exercise, and it also helps that Sue is there for Hazel and can keep an eye on her every once in a while, in case something happens!!!
