Our little movie night (part 2)

So I was sitting down waiting and then from behind me, I suddenly hear the door open. I look back and it's him! I'm so excited!

Mum talks to him and to me and says to be careful like usual and the she leaves. "Finally!" I think to myself. Now we can be alone.

Jordan and I look at the time and realise that we still have nearly an hour before the movie starts! We thought the lady said "7:15pm" not "7:50pm"!!.

So Jordan looks at me and says

"I have eaten dinner, but I'm still pretty hungry. Do you wanna go to Maccas? We can grab a bite to eat before we see the movie."

"Yeah, yeah sure let's go. I want nuggets anyway" I said laughing.

As we are walking there, we are just talking about all sorts of stuff. Our families, our other friends, our pets, our problems and so much more. Then suddenly, I remember! I then quickly say to him,

"Hey Jords? What was it you had to tell me?"

I saw him hesitating to tell me. This made me nervous. I could tell by his expression that this was NOT something he exactly wanted to tell me. He looks at me and nervously says...

"Bri, I wanted to tell you last week but I wanted to wait until I saw you in person. I got a girlfriend last week. Her name is Emily"

I was trying to act happy for him but at the same time I was shattered. But I just pushed through and said,

"Oh my god! Jords why didn't you tell me sooner? How long have you been dating for?"

"I wanted to tell you in person. I'm sorry for not saying something earlier Bri. Ummm we have been dating for about 1 and a half weeks now" He said nervously.

"Aw I'm happy for you!" I said. But in my head I was certainly, very unhappy.

We arrived at Maccas and by then we had changed the subject. I didn't want to talk about Emma or Em or whatever that bitches name is. We got our food and then walked across the street to eat at the Grand Stand in front of the dog park. We just gossiped and took silly snapchats of each other. Then he took a photo of me, and it was hideous!! I told him I hated it! I said that I looked ugly and that's when it happened.....
