Mason's P.O.V:
Holidays start today and i am going to meet my friends... just kidding, I have no friends.
I am packing for lyndil. I imagine it to be no different to here, bullies at every turn and nobody wanting to be around me.
It doesn't take long for me to pack, i stared to pack last week and only didn't pack the essentials for school. I crazily dicided to make my way down stairs and tell mum im going out only to hear her on the phone. I get a piece of paper and wrote;
- Going out, might buy some things for my new school.
I held it up in front of her face and she puts one finger up, telling me to wait. I watched her take out a $100 bill from her pocket and give it to me. I stare at her but she smiles and continues her conversation on the phone.
I walk out of the house and walk past the line of colorful shops that im used to seeing, and investigate the clothing and foods in the glass show case cabnets. I continue doing this until i stop in my tracks and stare at this jacket in the window. Its a black leather jacket and it looked amazing. I stopped and looked at what i was wearing and laughed at the thought of me in the spectacular jacket. Just as i was about to turn around and walk off a voice started to speek to me, my inner voice? I turned to see a girl smiling at the jacket.
"That jacket would suit you" she said to me. Yes i said TO me. Like she gave her full attention to me and said it without a tone or hint of sarcasm.
"Uu- thanks?" I said to her, she looked at me and could probably sense the confusion in my voice.
"You alright?" She said and i nod.
I take a moment to look at her, she wasn't tall but she wasn't short and her brown hair was swept into a high messy bun. She wore clothes that could have been ripped right out of a magazine. I might have been studying her to long as she coughed to get my attention.
"I think you should get it" she said as she smiled and walked off.
I thought about it. if she liked it, i will to! I walk inside grab one and go to pay. Only to find it costs $83. The lady at the desk smiled and took the note and gave me change.
Better look great on me.
