Amerei's P.O.V ..x
I woke from the sound of banging, it freaked me out so much I ended up tumbling head first off of my bed (Don't ask how I had missed the table next to my bed, but somehow I managed it)
"Arrghhh" that was all I came out with, my body was aching and my head spinning from getting up too quickly, I glanced in the mirror, I looked a mess.
My black hair hung lifelessly around my tanned face. My lips were a full red colour, I quickly ran my fingers through my hair. My eyes were a light shade of green as I Examined the dark circles under them more closely

"That's what you get when you stay up all night thinking about what some stranger said to you in the street." Speaking to myself in the mirror, the sentence appeared in my head "Ive just come to warn you, this place isn't as serene as it looks."
I shook my head annoyed and dragged myself into the bathroom. It felt like my shower had lasted forever, I washed my hair thoroughly, whilst singing one of my favourite songs;
Every time I try to fly,
I fall without my wings,
I feel so small,

"BANG..."
I stopped to listen. As the banging grew louder I quickly slipped on a grey and white striped top, with black leggings and a grey skirt. I left my hair to air dry. What was that sound? Where was it coming from?
I followed the sound, through the cream coloured hallway, peering through every doorway, until it lead me to a closed brass door. I hadn't noticed it before, I'm sure it wasn't there yesterday.
The door was framed with carved patterns of small hands, they looked as if they were reaching out for me, there was a large face in the centre with it's eyes closed, its mouth was shaped as a distorted O, I think it was supposed to be screaming.
The door was drawing me in, without me even noticing, my hand grasped the handle, turning it slightly.
The door creaked as it was slowly pushed open to a black room, I rummaged through the room looking for a light switch. There wasn't one. Who would have a room with no light switch?
My impatience grew, I struggled back to the door tripping over something on the way . I scanned over my legs trying to find what had tripped me but there was nothing.
At that moment an ear piercing scream stung through my ears. I jumped to my feet and was flung into the door. The scream rattled in my brain, I painfully looked up causing my neck to strain.
A young girl, stood emotionless in front of me. "W...wh...wha.. who are you?" I stuttered. She was transparent, her short hair framed her face in a messy bob, wearing a white blouse. She turned to face me.
Shock passed through my veins, another shiver spun down my spine like the one I had experienced yesterday. The blouse she was wearing was covered in thick dried up ....
BLOOD!
She began to move forward eyeing my every move. What's going on? Why was she in my house? My hands began to shake, while holding back a scream, I tried to pull myself up, but it was like there was something forcing me to stay there.
She was coming closer and closer.
I heard feint accusing voice, just before my eyes rolled back and I tumbled into darkness.
"YOU!"
