I hated when someone talks too much that I can even talk what I wanted to say. I can't help but get irritated but of course, I don't want to be rude. So I listen even if it's useless. But I always know that everyone wants to share something even if you secretly don't listen to the word they say.
But when it comes to you, I feel like my ears were on you. I couldn't look at you because you always lean closer to me when you talk. I could already smell your breath and know the brand of toothpaste you're using. So I listen.
You love to talk about politics, how the moon saved the Earth from a giant asteroid, how the next World War would start, and what the latest iPhone gadget can do to your life. I can't remember how many times I nod, and how many times I glance at you to see you. And I wasn't pretending. I was listening attentively.
Then you said I don't talk much. And I said I'm just a good listener. And I secretly feel bad about other people talking to me.
