(Y/n) laughed as she watched Keith try to pull the never ending string of pizza cheese in between his slice and mouth. He blushed and dropped it into his mouth, looking back out his car window.

"I can't believe you convinced me to eat this in my car," he grumbled and wiped some grease off his dash board. She smiled and grabbed another slice as she looked back out the windshield and smiled at the dusty landscape below them.

"It's a better view than the pizza a place," she laughed and let her eyes wander through the landscape. Keith blushed again as he marveled at her features in the soft light and looked away, nibbling at his unfinished slice.

"So, uh, when do you need to get back, because I'd be happy to-" he began and wiped his hands on his pants.

"Shit!" (Y/n) yelled, hitting her head against the car door as she bolted up right up. She buckled her seat belt frantically and tried to sit in the seat properly as Keith tried to calm her down.

"Woah, hey!" He called out and grabbed her shoulders, "what's wrong?"

"I have an appointment scheduled," she looked at the clock in the car, "10 minutes ago," she sighed and sunk back in the seat. "This isn't good, how am I going to pay for rent if I don't make any money?"

"It'll work out, so don't worry. I'll drive you back now and they might still be there," he tried to reason. She just mumbled 'K' and tried to stay calm, as Keith drove her back to the shop. The dust swept up behind the red car than was now coated in a thick layer of grime, as the colors around her blurred together.

"It's gonna be fine so don't get so upset," Keith half smiled down at her and squeezed her hand, "I promise" she tried to smile and looked back out the window feeling a little better.

(Y/n) choked down a sob as she stared st her small shop. The windows were shattered and graffiti covered the surface along with several glalra tags. The register had been raided, once again, and all of her supplies were broken. A small wiper escaped her lips as she walked towards it and felt the glass crack under her feet. She put a hand over her mouth as she stepped through the window frame and walked towards all of the sketches on the walls, most of them were covered in black and purple paint, but some of them survived. She grabbed what remained of a large flower design, meant to cover a shoulder or thigh and pulled it to her chest. She wouldn't cry, not yet. Keith stepped into the store behind her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"So much for that appointment huh?" He mumbled and (y/n) smiled still looking at the sketch in her hands.

"So much for any appointments," she mumbled and crumbled up the drawing, and throwing it across the room. Keith frowned and walked towards the drawing. He smoothed it out pu it on the wall, on top of several other painted on designs. The roar of an engine rounded the corner and tires screeched to a stop outside of the store. Keith walked towards the window, leaving (y/n) to stare at the wall of ruined drawings in front of her. She heard hurried footsteps and began to turn around, only for Lance to wrap her in a hurried hug and squeeze her in his arms. He leaned back and looked at her already puffy eyes.

"Did they hurt you?" He asked, frantically looking her up and down. She shook head head, feeling her walls starting to break down and the tears in her eyes to spill onto her cheeks. He pulled her back into his arms and let her cry as his eyes searched the shop. Keith watched them and tried to pull any jealousy back, only for her sake as he pulled out his phone and began texting the rest of the team. Sooner than later four other cars pulled into her shops parking lot and came to a stop. Out stepped Hunk, Shiro, Pidge, and two others. The man had bright orange hair and a lovely mustache. He was dressed in mostly white, a clean Jean jacket, and some flashy blue shoes. The woman on the other hand had copper skin and beautiful white hair. She was dressed in a tight black dress that exposed her stomach a covered her arms. They looked at (y/n) with sad expressions and walked towards the building. (Y/n) wiped away her tears and stood, watching the other five walk towards them.

"I'm so sorry, for what's happened here," the woman said as she walked through the shattered door and cringes at the crunch of glass under her feet.

"Thanks," (y/n) mumbled still looking at the ground. She wipes her hands on her pants and looks back up at the woman, "what are you doing here?"

"I can't help but feel responsible for this. If we were more careful and kept out identities hidden...we might have prevented this," the woman said. Lance looked at the ground guilt swelling in his chest, but the woman began to speak again, "but we can't go back in time, so we are going to help you rebuilt your shop and replace what we can," she smiled as she looked down at (y/n) and put her hand out, "my name is Alura."

"(Y/n)," (y/n) smiled back and shook Alura's hand, "thank you," she said, still a little teary eyed. Alura just nodded and the man behind her wiped away tears.

"We're happy to help!" He yelled and embraced you.

"This is Coran," Alura smiled and walked around the shop. She put her hands on her hips and looked back at the quickly fading sun, "I think it would be best to start tomorrow, you should stay with us for tonight, just in case." (Y/n) nodded and stepped through the shattered window once again. Lance followed you but Keith and Alura walked through the door. Hunk patted you on the head and told her it would be okay, which made her smile. Lance put an arm around her and helped her into his car then got in himself, following Alura, Coran, Pidge, and Hunk out of the parking lot. Keith watched the blue car fade into the distance.

"Keith, what happened...today?" Shiro asked as he leaded on his own car.

"I don't really know," he sighed as he leaned against his car. Shiro smirked and stood in front of him.

"Someone's got a crush," he laughed as he put his hands in his pockets and looked down at Keith.

"You would know what that's like," Keith clapped back, trying to hide the tint in his cheeks. Shiro blushed and played innocent as he walked back to his car.

"I don't know what you're talking about."

"Tell that to Alura!" Keith yelled as Shiro closed his car door and revved his engine.

"We'll see about that," Shiro yelled back and drove off, leaving Keith to once again watch a car fade into the distance. He watched the sun ease it's way down the city's skyscrapers, and the stars peek through the ribbons of pink clouds. For the first time in a long time he felt, calm. Even after all that had heppened today  his stomach had a familiar lingering weight, as if he had his own star. A motor bike passed and woke him from his trance. He stepped into his car and drove to the hide out, where he was sure he would meet Alura and the paladins, and (y/n)
