Shelby's Pov

After going to Target,Ross and I drove home.

I open the door to the house and let Ross close the door.I see Max on the couch with a mug filled with some sort of drink.

"Hey Max."I say tossing the bags aside.

"Hey Shelby."He says replying to me."By the way,what are the bags for."Max adds.

"It is my clothes and my precious food."I say lying.

"But,It shows a Target sign on the bag."Max says.

Ross finally comes into the house,closes the door,and throws the birthday supplies aside.

"Hey Ross."Max says waving.

Phew,if Ross didn't come in then the whole surprised would be ruined.

"Hey Ross,want to help bring my clothes into my room?"I say emphasizing "My" and "Clothes."

"But I thou-"Ross says but i cut him off my putting my hand on his mouth.

I make a look that says "Dummy."

We head upstairs with the bags held by our fingers.

We got everything ready like the laptop/computers,banners,games,and food.

I put my hands on my hip and look around.

"I feel like we are missing something here."I say rubbing my invisible beard.

"The Guests!"I say a bit too loud.

Ross pops from the corner and comes into living room the we are using as a lan party room.

"Shelbs,I thought I almost ruined the party but you on the other hand..."He says not finishing his sentence.

I glare at him and the 20yearold just smiles back.

"I'm bored."Ross says stretching the letter E.

"Well you can call the guests for me."I say handing him my phone.

I cry as my baby is given to another person.

"Okay."He says cheerfully.

"I finished call the guests."Ross says proudly.

"It wasn't that hard and who did you call?"I say cleaning some extra things.

"Adam,Em,Michael,John,Jess,Tyler,Jordan,
Ethan,Tim,and the rest of the office."Ross says proudly.

(Ross clearly Didn't know about Tyler still.)

I drop the item I was cleaning and it shattered into a million pieces.

"Tyler?"I spat out.

He turns his head like a confused dog.

"Ye."He says nervously.

"Oh no,oh no,no,no.We have to distance Max and Tyler all day."I say panicking.

"Why?"Ross says.

"You nincompoop,They hate each other."I say snaking the back of his head.

Ross rubs the back of his head.

"Jeez,No need to fuss about it."He says nonchalant like.

"No need to fuss?No Need to Fuss?"I say in a louder tone.

"Chill have a Mountain Dew."Ross says grabbing Mountain Dew from the buttcrack of the couch.

"What?"I say really confused.

I shake my head and start to panic.
