20.All over now.

*Marinas P.O.V*

My heart was beating so fast and I felt.like I was going to have a panic attack and pass out.I could only see the outline of the person and then it came into my vision and I felt like I couldn't breathe.

It was a cop.

The next few days were hectic.Upstairs were my uncle and my dad and they were planning a human trafficking scheme to send me off to Bangladesh to get a good amount of money then flee to Saudi Arabia to live the rest of their lifes.Andy didn't have a clue were I was but there was one person who saved my life.

Shannon.Shannon found out my adress and then noticed how beat up my house looked and the suspicious demenor of my Uncle when he answered the door and when she asked to see me so she hid outside and then called the cops after overhearing them talk about the human trafficking and drugging/shipping me.Then the cops burst in,Handcuffed them and lead them outside to separate cars waiting.The cop who came downstairs to get me was so nice and understanding.I wrapped my arms around him and just cried my eyes out.At first i was scared because i actually though it was a friend of my dad/uncle but no...

I left the room and I was transported to the nearest hospital where they took tests and stitched up previous cuts and bandaged me up.They were shocked I was still alive and in rather good condition considering what I had to go through for a long time.

I thought for the longest time I lost my mind but I found out today I'm actually very level headed and that's what kept me alive.My uncle/dad tried their best to poison my mind.They did a good job but not good enough.Pictures were taken by the doctors of my bruises/cuts/scars and cameras/media wanted to report the story and interview me.All I wanted to do was to see Shannon/Andy.

Two days later when the doctors finished with me for a moment and I got a room which was guarded by cops outside - I was allowed visitors.Only requested ones though.

Shannon came in and I threw my arms around her neck and we just clutched to eachother tightly while I was crying and telling her "Thank you" over and over again.I could never repay her for what she has done.She saved my life and also alot more.The cops did an investigation and traced the human trafficking scheme back to who ran it which only took a few hours since my Dad/Uncle had all the information laid down on the kitchen table.There was alot of girls just like me.Some in way harsher conditions and some who were just kidnapped off the street and even from their own houses and were forced to do anything...

They know about the girls and who ran the buisness but the owner ison the run now.He will be caught.Hopefully he will get arrested and all the girls will be set free.Some will be damaged and will have to go through alot of counselling and therapy just like me and investigations will have to be done on each and everyone of them.

Shannon and I talked for a very long time.She had to leave for a while to do an interview.Its worldwide news now.After the interview,She came back in and confessed something to me.She told me she liked me alot.She also kissed me.I didn't mind and kinda felt something...I also feel something for Andy aswell..I'm think Bi but I will worry about that later since another visitor came in.

It was Andy.We clutched eachother.I couldn't let go.I eventually did though but he held on.I felt something wet on my shoulder and realised it was his tears.He will have to go soon to do an interview and tell the cops everything.He is also looking into becoming my legal guardian which I support 100%.I wouldn't be able to have a relationship with him but I have Shannon.I have people who love/care about me.

*1 year later*

The last year has been a mess (In a good way) but I also found out more horrible things and also good things too.

My dad and uncle were sentenced to life in seperate maximum security prisions in diffrent countries.They were actually considering executing them but the judge said no -Let them suffer.The buisness owner was found but he took out a gun and shot himself before the cops could capture him.Other owners were caught too but some brutally murded the girls so they couldn't say anything so they are also in for life.Most girls were so damaged they couldnt speak but I made friends with 3 of them - Eugenia,Tabby and Alisha.I also found out something else.My dad was the one who murdered my mum.He admitted it in front of the judge.After that - The judge actually told him that he's gonna rot in hell.I don't know how I felt.I knew my mum was dead but I couldn't believe it was actually dad..He loved her.

But at one point he loved me too so I can believe it.Andy is now my legal guardian and I'm currently dating Shannon and we are both home schooled together and Andy moved us far far away from everything.Shannon and her family live nearby.They needed a change too.

My old bullies are also in trouble.They were charged with verbal abuse/assault ect.I wasn't the only one they were doing it too.They apologised.I'm trying to move on now but I do sometimes have sleepless nights thinking about everything but I have my best friends/Andy/My girlfriend and countless people I now consider family.

It's all over now.
