Jack's P.O.V.
When Mark left, I sighed, knowing that I couldn't try to escape. I couldn't lie. It was against the angel rules.
I didn't have to do much. With the click of my fingers, I had summoned a beautiful meal, if I do say so myself.
Not knowing what else to do, I decided to do a good deed and clean the house up a little. In all fairness, not even the lowest class of all the creatures could live in this mess.
After a while of cleaning the kitchen, I walked into where I presumed was Mark's room and began to tidy it up a bit.
When I got to doing under his bed, I found a piece of paper with a picture attached to it lying on the ground and I decided to pick it up, so I could see it.
To my surprise, I saw Mark. He looked somewhat... Humane or angelic?! His smile was innocent, warm and welcoming. He stood in a garden. I swear that I've seen that garden before.
Could it be the garden of Eden?
I picked up the piece of paper and read the beautifully neat and unmistakably angelic handwriting. Angels wrote with a certain style.
It said:
14/03/13141211160000000000 BC.
I am so curious about what happens on earth. I know that I am always watching the humans from above, but I desperately want to go and visit this place. It would not hurt to give this wondrous place a visit. Very few of us have the courage to venture through the earth, but I am going to be different. I will get to experience so many things that no one else has. Besides, what is the worst that could happen?
Mark.
My eyes widened. This couldn't be. My thoughts were interrupted by an angry voice.
" What're you doing?!" I heard a familiar voice say. My head darted up to see Mark storming over to me, furiously. " I decided to tid-" I couldn't finish because the next thing I knew, was that I was being shoved up against the wall with Mark clutching my throat very tightly. " P-please." I begged.
" Shut up! Why were you snooping through my room!?" He boomed. I flinched at his tone of voice. " I-I was t-trying to clean t-the place up a little bit and I f-found that p-piece of paper." I gasped as tears welled up in my eyes.
Mark lost all control and punched me straight into the nose...
" AAAAH!" I cried with blood seeping down my nose. " Shut up!" Mark growled as he began to drag me to my room. He put the demon chain back onto my hands and flung me onto the ground before he left raging.
I shouldn't have done that... I cried myself to sleep, trying to ignore the pool of blood that surrounded me and wishing that I never left heaven..

" What the fuck did you do to him and why do you even have this angel chained up in your house?!" I heard a voice say.
" Yeah.. Look at the poor thing. I've never felt pity for someone, but this is unbelievable and trust me when I say that I've seen some messed up shit in my life. Whatever you did, Mark, you definitely did a good job at messing his nose up entirely!" Another voice said in a surprisingly pitiful tone.
" I got mad. He deserved what he got and the reasons are private." Mark growled angrily.
" Mark. You need to stop, or you might just lose another one.." The first voice said.
" Hey! That was different..." Mark replied.
" Still, Mark, I know what you're trying to do. Violence won't help you... Or him." The other voice responded sadly.
Opening my eyes, I was met with a big man crouching down beside me. " Shh. Hey there. Are you okay?" He asked. It was the man that seemed to pity me. He had blonde hair, red eyes and glasses. He was a demon. " I'm Bob." He smiled. I looked over at the other man. He had light brown hair, red eyes and he looked to be a demon too. " Hello. I'm Wade." He waved.
Trying to ignore Mark's glare, I smiled back.
" I-I'm Seán, but you can call me Jack." I weakly tried to speak, but it came out as more of a whisper. I was glad that they even heard it.
" Okay Jack, sit down and tell us about what happened." Bob said with his friendly voice. Still trying to ignore Mark's death bringing glare, I sat on the bed and began to tell them what happened.
" W-well, I was cleaning the place up a little, when I found a note under Mark's bed and that's when the curiosity got the best of me. After I read it, Mark saw me got angry, held me by the throat against the wall, punched me, chained me up and threw me onto the ground... I-I tried to go to sleep then.." I whispered with tears going down my cheeks.
Looking over at Mark, I was surprised to see that his face had a mixture of guilt, sadness, insanity and anger. It was like all four were fighting against each other.
" Mark shouldn't have done that.. At least he called us over to help." Bob glared over at Mark, which immediately let his true guilt take over. It was once again replaced with anger.
" Get those chains off the poor guy." Wade scolded Mark. " Fine." He groaned. When Mark was taking the chains off, he whispered into my ear, " You're dead."
I shivered as he backed away with a smirk on his face. " Wait here. We'll talk to Mark." Wade comforted. On the way out, Bob mouthed, ' It'll be okay.' Before he closed the door.
After a while of talking, everyone's voices got louder and talking changed into shouting. I could hear everything.
" Mark, do you even know what you're doing?!" I heard Wade shout.
" Yes, I fucking do!" Mark roared. " By the looks of things, you can't even control it anymore!" Bob spat.
" Yes I can. He is mine now and I can do whatever I like to him!" Mark boomed.
" Mark, we all know that one of these days, you'll end up snapping! Things will end up the exact same way with Felix!!!" Wade snapped.
Things went silent.
" H-he was different... I didn't like him!" Mark stuttered.
" Still Mark.. You have to control your anger." Bob said.
I didn't hear the rest of the conversation...
