" Where is he? " I said out loud.
Seconds later, I spotted him. Wow, he looked really good.
"Hey Leila," he said as we approached each other.
" You look really ho- I mean, you look really good tonight, I said.
"Thanks, you look really ho- gorgeous tonight too, Leila Grace."
Suddenly, it felt like it was just me and Kevin in the movie theater parking lot, in the whole world. We walked toward each other, slowly, like you always see in movies. Then, we kissed. It was a slow, soft kiss, not a gross tongue kiss.
In that moment, I knew we were in love.
