Sanskar Sat again gaping at the sea.
This time with a companion beside him.
"Tell me about your battles" ragini asked.
Sanskar looked at her and giggled a little.
"I am not a soldier" he said chuckling
"Everyone has what are yours??" She asked again.
"..a constant battle between my heart and mind . They are always in an antagonistic relation." He sighed looking at her eyes which were as deep as ocean.
"How do you know swara maheswari?" She questioned with a calm face.
"I never knew her...I never knew the new one" he said
"I didn't get you"
"If you have ever been in love you would know that being in love takes a lot more than love....it's better to be happy all the time then to regret about the past. My past has made a better Sanskar out of me and I don't want to make my past sad by being sad...it doesn't need a reason anymore...it just takes a smile to be happy...nothing else.." he smiled and started going towards home.
"People always want to be happy in life. It doesnt need to be that way..when you try to be happy all the time, you loose the essence of it. So take sorrows and embrace them like you did with happiness. And after the sorrows pass you will get to experience a new kind of happiness..the real one"
She completed to make him realize his mistake of life.
Sanskar looked back.
"You gave me new way to fight my demons Sanskar. How can I let you be alone in your hard times of forgetting the past. Tell me Sanskar. I promise I will listen to you this time."she assured him and smiled
The smile he trusted since their first meeting..the smile that was the only reason he smiled everyday after coming to dehradun.
He nodded .
"She was my past..or you can say my evil past..that I want to forget everyday and everynight. She was the reason that I became the prey of depression. She was the most popular girl in school and I the coward..no one loved me no one talked to me. I didn't belong from a rich family. She proposed me and I was on cloud 9
My heart was dancing in joy. I accepted and we were okay...but she had high demands and I being in love with her did everything I could. She was not satisfied. Then the suraj maheswari entered our lives and everything took a 360 degree turn..swara kissed him infront of everyone in the valentine party and insulted me and my family. It was enough I left the party and that day I decided to go to a top university and get a job which paid huge amount of money...I decided to be rich and take revenge but now all i want to do is sit with the whole world and laugh. Revenge never was my personality. It should not be anyone's. I decided to smile and forget my bitter past which has again come before my eyes . I will stand against her and this time I will surely win over her. I knw it's a bit emotional story but I want you to fight till the end. If ever I fail to support just fight alone and defeat them. I am sure you can do it" he said got into his room and shut the door behind
Ragini got goosebumps..Sanskar gave her a different happiness and encouragement everytime he talked. His scared yesterday strived to build a new today and tomorrow..
Next day was the day of filing the case in the court. She just hoped and prayed
Next morning...
RAGINI and Sanskar were ready to leave. Just on time kaka came with two rakshya dhaga...
"This will give you strength good luck."
He blessed them.
At the next moment they were standing before the court.
They went in.
"We want to file a case against the maheswaris. The case that was long stopped."
"Ok just give me the file and wait for few days."
They came out and decided to eat as they didn't get the time to have breakfast
Ragini was all occupied with her thoughts.
"What's eating you up miss kapoor?" He asked.
"Nothing..just nervous and time is bad..if in this process i hurt someone " she replied without looking at him.
"We are all ordinary,we are all boring,we are all spectacular,we are all shy,we are all bold..we are all heroes and we are all helpless. It just depends on the day ragini. I knw you can do it without hurting someone physically. I knw swara doesn't knw about the maheswaris well. She is just suraj's wife. We should not hurt her. And before you wanted to hurt them but now the path is safe and don't worry." He said and kept on eating his vanilla cake.
"When she has been mean to you why would you want to be good to her ?" Ragini asked being confused.
"I wouldn't want to. That's what makes it hard. I do it anyway being good is hard much harder than being bad." He paid the money and insisted ragini to move .
They sat in the car in utter silencea and returned home.
They spoke nothing and got into their respective rooms..they didn't even come down for lunch. Kaka tried calling them but both were busy in their own fight with past.
Sanskar was all angry in himself for thinking about swara after what she did and RAGINI cursed herself for asking sanskar such a bad question and making him sad.
It was almost a week that they filed the case in the court. There was a sudden call from an unknown number.
Sanskar picked up.
"Hello...good morning who is this?" he greeted.
"The morning is not good Mr Mehta..you two have to pay for this" the person spoke and hung the call up. RAGINI was shivering in fear. Sanskar held her tight .
Her heart skipped a beat. His touch have her some electrifying shocks.
"Nothing to worry...we will fight it." He hugged her.
That day they were in the court .
"Who is fighting from your side Miss ragini kapoor?" The judge asked.
"Myself...I will fight your honour." She said with head held high.
Swara glared at her.
She glared back.
Soon the case started. Both the sides had their witness. Ragini was getting nervous each pasing time.
"I have seen some people coming to the house and dragging shekhar kapoor out of the house..but didn't see their face." Her last witness said and left
"Swara maheswari..."
Swara stood on the justice box.
" whatever I will say..will be the truth." She promised.
"My family can never murder someone...I have known them since 3years..they can not even see anyone in pain..murder is a far talk...they are lying your honour..."
The maheswari family provided their proofs and witnessess. They were the richest business company in India. Sanskar and ragini are powerless before them. They lost all their hopes. They had no proofs against them.
She said and sar beside her husband.
"Miss ragini do you have any other witness??" The judge asked.
Ragini nodded negatively..
"Listening to all the witness the court has came to a descision that the maheswari family is not at fault..." with this all the people went out.
Only swara Sanskar and ragini was left.
"So sad...Sanskar you are still a looser..some people can never chnge you knw...you guys can never proof us
wrong..never..so stop trying..." swara warned and left a heartbroken Sanskar and ragini behind.
Ragini got down on knees and cried . Sanskar stood thier silent. He looked at her broken. He had no advices for her and clues and what to do next?
Ragini got up and decided not to fight more and take the previous way out of it. Ragini's car stopped at a deserted place. Sanskar came their too. He held her hand and hugged her.
"Never give up ragini..you are bold enough to fight against them. They can't win like this..promise you will fight" he hugged her tightly.
RAGINI nodded .
"Only if you are with me..."
" I am alwys there by your side" he said and broke the hug and stood infront of ragini. She turned around and paced forward. Sanskar just smiled.
Bang!!!!!.
The rifle flashed out with a loud report.
