Chapter 2

(Joy's POV)

"Joy?!" she asked back. 

"What are you doing here?" I asked, my face twisted with confusion.

"I... um... fell in a bin and Ni-" she began but got cut off when the brown haired, blue eyed boy began laughing again. 

"It's not funny!" Abigail pouted.

Niall moved immediately next to Abigail and said to the boy, "Yeah. Louis, calm down!" 

Okay, so his name is Louis.

Well that's one thing cleared up at least.

"So what are you doing here?" Abigail asked me.

"Liam and I were running from pa-" I began but I got cut off by Niall's hand being rammed over my mouth.

I pushed his hand away and gave him a confused look, "What was that for?" I asked Niall.

"Nothing." he mumbled.

I dropped the subject and Liam subtly changed the subject.

"So you guys know each other?" he said.

"Abi is one of my best friends." I smiled.

"Really?! Wow, coincidence?" Louis laughed.

"I don't believe in coincidence." Niall mumbled as he stared at Abi.

Abi blushed and looked at her feet.

"Abi, you skipped Maths again." I said, breaking the silence.

"But I don't like school." she moaned.

Niall laughed and said, "Oh, rebel." 

Abi hit him playfully on the arm and Niall grabbed her and threw her onto his back. 

"HEY! THAT'S OUR THING!" Liam shouted playfully.

"Oh yeah?" Niall sassed.

I nodded, proudly.

Louis laughed and then fake pouted again, "I don't have anyone to go on my back!"

As he said that, two boy came running out of a room to my left.

They both jumped on top of Louis. "And now you do." I sassed.

Louis pushed the two boys off and sassed back, "Oh no you did NOT just sass me!"

"Oh yes, I did!" I replied.

Abi jumped down from Niall's back and I jumped down from Liam's.

"And who are these people." I waved at the two boys who had jumped on Louis.

"I'm Harry." the one with curly hair said with a smile.

"And I'm Zayn." the other said.

"I'm Joy." I smiled.

"And I'm Abigail." Abigail added.

"Abi, we're meant to be meeting the others in the alley in 5 minutes." I told her as I saw the time on my phone screen.

"Okay." she said.

"You guys are going?" Liam pouted.

"I suppose you guys could come too? I'm sure the other girls wouldn't mind." Abigail shrugged.

I nodded and the five boys smiled.

We all left the massive house and Abi and I led the way to our alley.

"You guys come here a lot?" Louis asked as we walked into the entrance to the dark alleyway.

"It's kind of creepy." Harry added.
