Chapter 6-the date

Recap from the last chapter: "I decided to do an intense winged eyeliner and a gold shimmer smokey eye and I went all out on my eyebrows and foundation, I added the final touch up with my nude lipstick and a bit of highlight to my my face pop, I was ready to go."

The time was 6:55pm all I was doing now was adding the final spray of perfume, I heard more shouting and I couldn't take it no more so I shouted to my mom and dad "I'm going on my date now I don't know what time I'll be back but maybe you two could've stopped arguing by the time I am back" I felt a bit bad after saying that but it was the truth.

Ethan's POV:
The time was 6:55 Amelia only lived a block or two away so I decided that I would leave now, I was wearing a black tux with a white shirt and was holding a rose
I stopped outside Amelia's house and texted her:
Hey, im outside:)
Within no time she replied back
Amelia😍: okay I'm coming now;)
As she opened the door my jaw dropped she looked beautiful the dress really showed of her figure and her makeup looked so good, I have such a beautiful date.

Amelia's POV:
As I opened the door Ethan's jaw dropped, I blushed and gave him a smile I got into the car and he looked so good in a tux
"Hey you look beautiful tonight" Ethan said looking me up and down
"you look pretty good yourself" I said whilst blushing, he also started to blush
"awh is e-tee-wee-tee blushing" I say in a baby voice
"maybe" he says whilst letting out a little chuckle
We have been driving for about 15 minutes now and we pull up outside a restaurant it was so cute it was lit up with fairy lights on the inside and candles it was such a romantic and fancy restaurant i felt so special.
"A table for 2 in the name of Ethan" he said in his low husky voice which I still find very attractive.
"Yes right this way" said the waiter holding a bucket with ice in and a bottle of champagne and two glasses our table was outside in one of the most beautiful places ever! It was lit with little candles it was so romantic, me and Ethan sat opposite each other. He grasps my hand and I squeeze back I had butterflies in my stomach, he looked me in the eye and said
"Amelia I h-have feelings f-for you"
he said whilst stuttering a little. I blushed and so did he
"I h-have feelings for y-you too"
I said also stuttering this was the best moment ever I've only known him a day but it felt like I've known him for years, I loved being around him I just felt so protected near him. When I hug him his muscles are the things that make me seem so protected he's so strong but his hugs are the best!
"Amelia" Ethan spoke
"Yes Ethan" I replied.
"Will you be my girlfriend?"
My stomach started doing backflips did he really ask me that? It was silent for about 30 seconds until I said
