Thorn's POV:
I wish I could tell them; it's haunting me. But I just can't. I never can. I don't trust them enough yet, and I don't know if I ever will.
Winston's POV:
"Gwen. You have to help us hang these flyers", I complained to Gwendolyn, once again. She was not happy about having to find the girls.
At all.
"Why? I didn't lose them, so I shouldn't have to find them", she rolled her eyes and typed on her phone once more.
I sighed in annoyance and walked over to Ben, who was hanging a flyer on a nearby light-pole. "Hey, thanks again for helping us...Tal and I couldn't do this alone", I thanked Ben again. Talia walked up, apparently overhearing my thanks to him, and agreed. "Yeah, there's no way we could do this alone. Gwen's no help at all", she said. "I heard that!", Gwen yelled from the picnic table she was sitting at. It was fall, a beautiful time to be in the park (where we were currently at), but it didn't feel the same without Addison and Penny. "This feels weird", I say out of my thoughts. "What do you mean?", Ben says, leaning against the light-pole. "I mean, it feels weird. Without them, you know?", I shrugged. "Yeah, I agree. It does feel different. Addie's not here taking Polaroids and candid shots of us, and Penny's not here soaking in all the inspiration for her next painting. Like I said, it's different, but it won't be for long. We'll get them back. I know we will.", Talia assures us, and Ben and I just nod. "We're definitely going to find them", Ben says. I walked back to the picnic area where Gwen was and sat down in front of her. "Why?", I asked. Um. Why what?", she snaps. "Why aren't you concerned about them?", I placed my stack of flyers on the wooden table. "Look,", Gwendolyn starts to speak as she puts her phone down on the hard wood. "I'm just as worried as you are, I'm just more laid back about it. You guys are all ready to fire off and start some crazy search, but I'm not. If they're missing, they're missing. We'll start looking later. But they haven't been gone for that long. So maybe they're just skipping on us and--"
I cut her off. There was no way.
"You call it being laid back, but it's obviously just not giving a crap."
I walked away infuriated and confused.
How could she be so heartless?
Oh right. She's Gwen.
Addison's POV:
"I'm so sick of this place. I'm so sick of this food. I'm so sick of these rooms. I'm tired of all of this, Penny. I just want to go home.", I rolled over on my side of the rooms flooring expecting to see my sister.
Instead I saw a guard, and my sister wasn't there.
"Where is she?", I stood up with cold eyes and a stern voice.
He just stood there, motionless. Staring at me.
"WHERE IS SHE?!",my voice screeched.
Still. Nothing.
I ran up to him and pounded on his chest, tears springing from my eyes.
"WHERE IS MY SISTER?!"
"WHERE DID YOU TAKE HER?!"
"PENNY! PENNY CAN YOU HEAR ME?!"
"TELL ME WHERE SHE IS!!!"Still. Not a sound.
Penny's POV:
They took me from my room and gave me a new jumpsuit,, a different one this time. "Put it on", i was instructed. I had questioned and fought it, but they insisted.
The only problem is, I didn't know who they were.
Covered faces, haunted voices, cold touch.
I didn't know who they were, or where they were taking me.
"Where is my sister?", I asked harshly.
No answer.
"I asked you a question. Where is my sister?"
Nothing.
This isn't happening. I'm going to get an answer from them.
One way, or another.
