Ash's Betrayal

Beach Fun?

"Ash slow down. You are pulling my arm out of the socket." Serena whined. Ash let go of her her arm and turned around to face her.

"Sorry Sere. I just didn't want him hitting on you anymore." Ash apologize. Serena brought him into a big hug.

"That is so sweet of you Ash." Serena quickly pecked them on the lips and then headed over to another changing room. "Red and Yellow can change and I can tack Gold down by the water to set up everything." Serena explained.

"That sounds good to me." Ash said. Serena and Bonnie headed down to the water while Ash and Clemont got changed.

"Gold you can go and hangout in the water if you want. I can set up the picnic and everything." Serena said.

"Thank you Pink." Bonnie ran down to the water and started to play in it with dedenne.

Serena opened up her beach bag and pulled out a picnic blanket. She carefully spread it out over the sand and grabbed a few rocks to hold down the corners. She took some grapes out of the picnic basket and put them in the middle of the blanket. She grabbed the watermelon she sliced earlier and laid out the pieces on a plate. She set the watermelon by the grapes and started to lay out four plates. She took a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and laid it on one of those plates. She took out a baloney sandwich and laid it on the second plate. She put a BLT on the third plate and put a sandwich full of vegetables on the last plate.

Serena put the plates on different sides of the blanket. She felt arms wrap around her. The only thing she knew she could do was to keep Bonnie safe. "GOLD RUN! GET AWAY FROM HERE!" She screamed as loud as she can. A hand moved and covered her mouth. 

"Shh. Serena, it's me." The arms twirled her around to reveal Ash.

"ASH!" Serena screamed once again. The whole beach heard that name. 

"Serena don't say my name so loud out in public." Ash whispered in her ear.

"Sorry Red." Serena Said barely able to be heard. Ash pulled her up from the picnic blanket and turned her towards the ocean. 

"Look at Gold having so much fun." Ash simply said. Serena stared at Bonnie jumping around in the water with her pokemon. 

"She is still like a little kid." Ash just nodded and kissed her on the top of her head. The couple stood there looking at the little girl play in the water. 

Down the beach a group of people stopped when they heard the name Ash. "Did you guys here that name?" Asked the one called Gary. 

"Yes and it came from that stupid blond girl." Misty said with fire in her eyes.

"Well let's go find out." Gary started to make his way over to the couple.

Serena stood there still in Ash's arms. "I hope we will be able to go back to our simple life." Serena spoke with hopes.

"Me to." Ash turned her around and gave Serena a quick peck on the lips. He was about to kiss her one last time when a throat cleared. The couple turned to see Gary with his little group. 

"So beautiful lady. I heard you say the name Ash. I was wondering why a beautiful lady like you would say such a name." Gary moved closer to Serena. Ash knew Gary was a ladies man.

"I thought I told you to stay away from her." Ash growled. Serena stood behind Ash, scared of what might happen.

"Well I just want to know why she said that horrible name." Gary took another step closer. Serena stepped in front of Ash instead of hiding behind him.

"I said that name because the person that belongs to that name will always be better than you. Ash is the person I love more than anyone but you guys made his disappear from my life." Serena was now full of anger.

"So you were the girl Ash brought home 5 years ago." Misty now stepped forward.

"You should just leave." Serena took a step forward.

"Why should we leave when we want to know where that pathetic trainer is." Misty took a step towards Serena. Serena balled her hands into fists and swung them up to Misty's face. Misty held onto her cheek where Serena punched her.

"Pink." Ash's voice took all the angry out of Serena's body. 

"Red." Tears fell from Serena's eyes. She ran over to him and wrapped her arms around him.

"I think we should leave." Ash said. Serena just nodded. The gang of four packed up the picnic Serena set out and maid their way back to the pokemon center. Ash carried Serena in his arms because Serena was still shakened up.

Guys I finally updated. Sorry that I didn't update in a long time but when you write paper for school every night you don't want to get on your laptop and write even more. School is way to hard. I have a writing scedule that I try to follow but school is just making me not follow it. So please if I don't update a lot just know it was because of school.
