The fitness gram pacer test is a multi stage aerobic capacity test that gets harder as it progresses. The 20-meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The test will get harder each minute when you hear this sound: *beep*. A single lap should be completed when you hear this sound: *ding*. Remember to run in a straight line and to run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap, your test is over. The test is about to begin. On your mark, get ready, start!
