The rain fell form the sky, splattering on my face and dripping onto the ground. "Why did you kill her?!" I demanded. I walked over and picked up the crook holding him over the side of the roof on top of the school. "WHY?!" I repeated, shaking him. The crook didn't even looked fazed. He simply smiled evilly. "Nothing in life is absolute. Only death," he replied. He punched me in the face, stunning me. I recovered in time to see him fall off the edge. "NO!" I yelled. I watched as he fell and landed with a sickening crunch. I stood there at a loss of words while the lightning crashed in the sky, lighting up the ground and the crook's body. All the while, the sky continued to rain and rain and rain.
