I can't do this anymore, I can't keep living with this same ache in my stomach everyday.

There's only so much one person can take, And this...This pain it's too much.

As I sit in my room wiping my tears as I stare at photos of my sister and I, I can't do this anymore.

I hold the pills in my other hand with a glass of water beside me.

I quickly put the pills down beside the glass of water talking out my phone and sending a message to Toby: You're someone that Any girl would dream to have a chance with, Lucky for me though I had the chance to fall in love with you.

As I was driving home I hear my phone I look over at the screen seeing a message had popped up from Spencer.

Pulling over onto the side of the road I quickly read the message: You're someone that Any girl would dream to have a chance with, Lucky for me though I had the chance to fall in love with you.

Tears fall down my cheeks, Oh my god... She's going to commit suicide.

I quickly call the Station asking them to send over a few officers right away.

Heading home rather quickly I park my truck and race into the house "Spencer!" I shout sprinting upstairs opening the door only to find her laying on the bed "Oh my god" I whisper running over taking her into my arms rushing downstairs "Spencer baby if you can hear me open you're eyes" I beg as they put her into the ambulance and I sit with her "Spencer if you can hear me... I love you... Please don't leave me"

Toby-

As I stand in the Hospital room with Hanna, Caleb, Aria and Ezra With Emily and Alison.

"She's unconscious, There's no way to tell if she'll wake up or not but we're going to try and take care of her" The doctors inform us as I stare at the girl I'm in love with "We all know her reasons for wanting to take all the pain away" I announce once the doctors leave "Her sister's death" They all say agreeing with me, Elijah and Lily we're also standing beside me holding Carla. " I need some air" I mumble stepping out of the room closing the door behind me and heading outside.

I lean against the railing tears sliding down my cheeks "She's going to be okay mate" Caleb tells me rubbing my back "I-I should've been there... I knew that she was struggling" I shudder at the memory of her laying in that bed in her bedroom after taking the pills "You couldn't have known that she was going to try and take the pain away" I look at him not caring that he's seeing me cry "I love her Caleb" I finally say "I can't loose her" Caleb wraps an arm around me hugging me tightly "I know you love her, She'll be okay mate I promise"

I sit on the seat beside her laying in the bed taking her small delicate hand into mine "Spencer baby... If you can hear me I need you to know that I love you and need you in my life. When we first met I knew there was something about you...Please Spencer come back to me..." I plead bringing her hand to my face as I cry, I look up and that's when her heart monitor starts to slow down. Showing that her heart beat is slowing down... She's giving up
