More Than Best Friends?...(Jeonghan X S.coups)

Jeonghan and S.coups were quietly sobbing, both of them in eachothers arms. The two melted in a warm embrace, their tears making it more heart breaking for the both of them. "Im not yet r-ready.." Jeonghan whimpered out "shhh....3 more days, Jeonghan..." S.coups' tried to calm his best friend down. "I-I know...b-but why? Why me?..." Jeonghan stuttered and sniffed "maybe because thats what he wanted.." S.coups softly replied, hugging Jeonghan tighter, not wanting to let go of his friend.

He had other things in mind..like..confessing his love for Jeonghan..but sadly, he couldnt. Was it because they were too distracted? Was it because he was not yet ready to tell his best friend? ....or was it because he was afraid of getting hurt? Either way...he would still get hurt in the end.."Hannie..please dont cry. If you cry, I cry..." S.coups muttered and stared at Jeonghan's teary eyes. Jeonghan sniffed "I-I cant help it...sooner...you w-will forget about me...s-someday you will get married to someone special...a-and i know i wont be a-able to attend your wedding day..I-i wont have another chance...t-this, right here...i-it wasnt what i wished for..." Jeonghan whispered the last few sentences, tears on his face. "I wont forget about you, Jeonghan! Ill do anything just so you can stay alive..." S.coups wanted to tell Jeonghan but he couldnt...it was too hard for him. Jeonghan slowly shook his head "n-nothing can keep me alive.."

S.coups gulped and his palms were sweaty, he was more worried than Jeonghan. Well, of course...Jeonghan was his best friend and best friends care for eachother, right?....just best friends....His heart tore in half as he remebered that Jeonghan and him were..just friends. "Its the reality, Seungcheol..face it" he mumbled to himself. He pulled away from the warm hug and  closed his eyes for a moment, taking a deep breath. He sighed "Jeonghan..."

"Y-yes, Cheollie..?" He stuttered out

"I have something I hid in my chest for a very long time...a-and I wanna tell you about it.."

"W-what is it? Please tell me you wont get hurt..."

"It already hurts in the inside.." S.coups mumbled "Hannie...if i tell you...you'll still be my friend no matter what, right?" S.coups asked and Jeonghan gave a small nod "of course.." He replied

"See..the thing is...im not really into girls..im more into boys..if you havent noticed. And..Jeonghan, the first time i met you...i was amazed by your beauty..i was silenced as i layed my eyes on you...I felt like i just saw an angel..."

"C-cheollie...what are you trying to s-say?"

"What im trying to say is that...I love y-"

His sentence was cut off when the door opened and Joshua came in. "Han Han. I heard that you were crying. I had to come right away.." Joshua rushed over to the side of the bed "Are you alright?" Joshua asked and Jeonghan nodded "y-yes..Cheollie was about to tell me something.." Jeonghan said and looked over at S.coups "w-what were you gonna say?" Jeonghan asked. S.coups had teary eyes but he fought it all back and flashed a smile "O-oh..n-nevermind...ill tell you another time." It was crytal clear that S.coups had a fake smile on....more like a weak smile.

Joshua shrugged it off and looked over at Jeonghan, sitting down beside Jeonghan "i was so worried..." He said "im okay now.." Jeonghan smiled softly at Joshua. S.coups' watched them both silently, his eyes were glistening because of his tears but he still had that smile on his face. He could literally hear his heart tearing apart but he hid all with a smile..

"I-ll come back soon..i have to go right now.." S.coups said and they both nodded. Jeonghan stared at S.coups "come back soon.." Jeonghan mumbled out "i will.." And with that S.coups left the room. He sighed as he closed the door behind him "well...just like expected...you'll get hurt in the end. "
