Farewell Poem

1.

Here's this wonderful girl,

who's beautiful like a pearl.

I said I wanna keep her,

but my sorry ass doesn't deserve her.

2.

She has this kind of charm,

that caged me inside her palm.

She's naughty and all.

that's why I fall..

3.

She's a crybaby,

but she's my baby.

I know she loves me,

but hell, it can't be..

4.

She needs someone better,

The one who'll love her forever.

And that's not me,

And will never be...

5.

After a week, I'll let her go.

Go for the man who'll love her head over toe.

I hope she'll be happy.

And I know she'll be.

6.

I know the man will love her.

Love her always and forever.

After that, I'll just be her big brother.

A brother who'll always be there for her.

7.

To guide her.

And protect her.

And that's what I should do.

And the only thing I can do.

We'll be in different world then.

We'll now be happy by then.

You with him.

And me with her.

9.

Then, you'll be satisfied and contented.

And me, fixing my messed up life instead.

I'm going to figure things out.

So that next time I'm not going to doubt.

Be happy.

That's all  I wish for.

I know you can do it.

Because I know you're strong.
