Flash back / Harry's POV

"I don't understand." Louis said.

"Nothing's more simple, I don't want to date anyone." I replied harshly. Since I picked him up from the train station he did not stop trying to convince me to go to this stupid party. I hated party, the only reason I went to before was because Hannah loved them, she loved to dance and I refused to be away from her when she was wearing those short dresses.

"She won't be there but lot of hot chicks will be. A lot." I focus on the road but I knew he's staring at me with his bright blue eyes. I felt uncomfortable.

"Ok fine! We'll go."

"Yes!"

"But don't make me stay up all night." I grumbled.

"Promise! You'll have fun, mate! Since when haven't you .. you know?" he asked a grin on his face.

"Louis, are we really doing this?"

"Nah mate, you know you can tell me everything! I mean we shared more than this before" he winked at me and laughed.

"You're gross."

When we arrived my mum stood up from the couch and almost ran to hug Louis. He always had been part of family, when his parents got divorced he spent most of his time at our's and my mum and Jim considered him like the son they never had.

"Louis, look at you!" she said before hugging him one more time.

"I know, I know" Louis feigned his embarrassment.

"Glad to see you son!" Jim appeared and shook hands with him.

"I'll take your stuff upstairs and we go?" I questioned my friend.

"I follow you!"

When we reached my room the first thing Louis grabbed is the picture of Hannah and I on my desk. I loved this picture, our hair melting, my lips on her cheek, and her smile. It is like a ray of sun on the black and white paper and it made me happy, to think that I was the cause of it.

"Man, you can't keep it here." He waved the frame.

I remained silent. We had not spoken for several months now. How many months? The fact that I couldn't find the right numbers suggested that it has been too long to justify the presence of the picture in my room.

"Put in in the wardrobe." I said, trying to act as it was nothing.

"Seriously... Since when haven't you kissed a girl or even looked at one?"

"I see girls everyday Louis."

"Seriously Harold."

"Harold? Wow, is my case that bad?!" I teased.

"Yes." I'd never seen Louis so serious in my entire life. "Promise me to have fun tonight. She has moved on Hazz. You should too." His words hurt me more than I expected. I knew Hannah had a boyfriend, I heard about them... Okay, I stalked them but I did not care. May be just a bit.

"Okay Lou."

"Promise me."

"Oh come on."

"Harold!" he said, trying to restrain his smile.

"Don't ever 'Harold' me again please." I laughed and he joined me.

The party was at Zayn's flat. He was an old friend of Liam and he was about to move to his Art School in London. The place was crowded but the music was good for once.
