Saudade

It's when the sun kisses the day goodnight

The ardent twilight fires the final light

The sky, once azure, now out of sight

Heavenly bodies and moonbeam

That I sleep to wake a dream

Of him and wonder realm

Twain hearts cordially invite

The moon to alight

Ashore, to glow eternity

Afore the horizon glares affinity.
