A Broken Child

  It was Madison. My mother. The woman who left me with that horrible man, and went on for better without me. Why was this happening? Who could possibly want Madison dead? My body became extremely Hot.

"What is this?!"

Madison screamed. I couldn't believe she referred to me as "This".
She looked at me with no emotion.

"This is a fucked up situation that just got worse.'

"Ocean what are you doing here? You need to leave now!"

"I think I'll stay awhile, and plus depending on how I feel you might meet your maker."

She looked shocked

"I can't believe Austin would really did this to me."

"I don't care what Austin did to you what about me?! He raped me abused me and me feel lower than shit. Madison where the fuck have you been?!"

"Ocean I can see that you're upset please let's sit down and talk about this. I know how you feel baby and I'm sorry. Whatever you went through with your father is my fault I should have saved you. Can we talk?"

"What do we possibly have to talk about you left that's it."

While me and Madison began to talk Skylar slide down the wall,  hit the floor and shook her head with disbelief.

Skylar are you okay? Ask Madison

"Yes im fine I'm just trying to take everything in all at once."

Silence filled the room.

"Ocean let me start by saying that I'm truly sorry. Your father told me that if I took you with me he would kill me and you. He said that if he even felt my presence from a mile away that you would pay so I stayed my distance."

"Austin said that you didn't want anything to do with me"

"No Ocean I didn't but that's only because I was trying to protect you."

Skylar jumped in on our conversation.

"So if you're her mother and thats my sister then why didn't you want us to hang out?"

"Skylar Oceans father has been watching me and I'm sure he knows what you look like I didn't want either of my girls hurt"

"It's all bullshit Skylar cause a real mother would have came and got her kids but maybe she doesn't know how to be a really fucking mother because she been like a Barbie doll to me all my damn life fucking fake!"

"I am a real mother! Ocean you're alive, in good health, you have a past and clearly a fucked up attitude but that's okay baby I left so you could live."

My phone began to ring
*Ringgggg *Ringgggg

"What are you doing in their in and out what was we discussed"

Luke was losing his patience.

"Luke I can't do this"

"Vaughn was right about you. I put to much trust into you to fast and this is what happens. I understand that's your mom in there but come on she ain't been around in years knock her fucking head off and let's go!"

The phone grew silent

"Hello, Hello!" Luke screamed.

"How do you know that Madison was my mom? How do you know that she hasn't been around in years? I have never told you about my mother"

"Hello!"

Luke hung up the phone. He knows to much but how does he know?

"If you're done with your phone conversation I would like to finish this one said Madison. Let's answer the real question why are you even here?"

"I was sent to kill you!"

Skylar and Madison's eyes grew wide they were in disbelief.

"By who!?" Skylar screamed.

"I'm not sure but they want her dead now."

"Ocean please don't do this!"
For the first time since ive been here this bitch finally gets emotional. I guess the fact that you could be dying may do that to you.

"I guess it's not your time"

The door flew open and it was Luke!

"It is her time! Ocean I'm telling you this for your own good please off this bitch so we can go."

"So you want me to kill her okay but what about Skylar?"

"I don't have time for this shit look do what you want but I hope you making the right choice cause you will suffer the consequences if this isn't done. So what are you gonna do?"

Luke seem like he knew something that I didn't.

"Let's just go" I said softly

"What about them?"

"They are coming with us and we aren't going back to your house just take us to the Amber Inn on 39th and we can go from their."

"Ocean you sure?"

"Yea nigga! stop asking me that lets go"

Skykar and Madison ran upstairs and packed a small bag. I could tell that Skylar was not loving me right now but who cares. I was trying to help her and her mom little did I know id be the one who needed their help later.

When everyone was ready to go they locked up the house and ran out to the car. Everyone was quiet but I know this would get worse before it got better.

Luke was driving like a mad man and all of a sudden he stopped in the middle of the street without warning.

"Luke what's the problem?!"

Luke didn't speak he just showed me his phone and for a second i wished I was blind. It was Austin calling.

The cars honked their horns and screamed for us to proceed. When we started to drive Luke was pissed.

"Do you see who calling me now Ocean?! I told you to kill that bitch in the back but nooooo you have to have a heart and shit now this are about to take a turn for the worse."
