Mum came into my room, she ripped the blankets off me and opened the curtains, and I shrieked like a vampire in the sunlight

"Mum, I don't feel so good" I said sitting up on my bed, and grabbing my pillow.

"Come on Sophs, school awa-" before she could finish I ran off to the toilet and brought up everything that was in my stomach, mum came in and grabbed my hair and tidied it up, and rubbed my back.

"Just go lie on the bed, I'll set up Netflix, and get you a glass of water, I haven't got work today, so I'll be here for you Sophs" that made me feel a lot better, knowing my mum was there, she was always there for me when I'm ill.

I was half way through IZombie, before I could feel my eyes drooping, i let them close and sleep taking over me.

I stood at my locker in school, when I could feel someone's arm wrap round my waist, I knew exactly who it was. Lucas. I tinted round and placed my lips on his.

"Hey baby, are you okay? How are you feeling today?"

"Im alright, days been good, what about yours?" I smiled, hugging into him, taking in his scent.

"Yeah it's been good, a lot better since I've seen you" his chest moved as he laughed, I looked up to him and just said
"You're so cheesy"
"You love it though" he just laughed and kissed me.

My eyes jolted awake, just as my door began to open.

"Mum, I'm okay, you can go relax" I said as lift the blankets right up and cuddled into them.

Then I heared a cough, as someone one was clearing their throat, I peeked out and it was indeed Lucas b

"Umm, hi?" I said, revealing my face.
"Well, you weren't at school, and your mum said I could come up, I feel like I haven't seen you or spoke to you in ages.
"You saw me yesterday and the day before that, we live next door" i said making myself comfortable, and laughing a bit.

"I meant what I said in my text" he said sitting at the bottom of my bed. I was dying just to kick I'm off, but i fought my urges.

"Really, i thought you were lying" i said sarcastically, I earned a laugh from him, he moved closer up to me, and the hairs on my arms stood up, his existence made me weak.

He leaned into me and whispered " I will prove it, and I will win you over, even if it takes along time" and then he smiled and left.

I felt like an earthquake of butterflies in my stomach.
